My Realtor referred Guardian Angel Inspections since she's used them in the past, and what an experience.

We have a closing transpiring very rapidly and required a quick response. To say their response was fast would be an understatement.

They had an inspector on-site the next morning after contacting them late in the evening the day before. The report was completed extremely quick but very thorough and efficient. The inspector paid attention to detail and found every defect in the home a long with ensuring that the vital aspects of the house were up to par. Not only did he check by climbing up, but a drone was used to get the up close details of every inch of the roof; I am highly impressed. The recommendations were immaculate and he returned the report back on the same day.

I would highly recommend and will be using them moving forward throughout our real estate endeavors!
