The Manager/Owner or technician I'm not sure. She was very unprofessional. Number one she said to bring a picture of the style I wanted, I did. She said no problem. When she was done it was not the way the picture was that I showed her. When I went to pay her she had a very nasty look on her face as I was giving her my money. No Thank You, no smile, nothing. Very poor customer service. I will never go back to this shop just down right nasty.

Against my better judgement, I called to ask if they had any availability… I was told to come at 5pm… I arrived at 445… was unpleasantly greeted by a pregnant braider who instructed me to sit down… while waiting, she asked what color hair I wanted… ((I honestly don’t know colors so I wasn’t sure how to answer)), she asked if I wanted #2 or #4… a younger girl brings me #4 which was darker than my hair so I asked to see #2. She told me that they didn’t have #2 but if I wanted it, someone could go get it… I wasn’t even sure if that was the color I needed so I told her not to worry about it. Every chair was occupied, none of which was even almost done. At 545 a man walks in with trays of food… ((let’s keep in mind that I’m still waiting-no one has started on my hair yet)) and EVERY SINGLE BRAIDER stopped working on their client and went and sat down to eat… the poor girls that were waiting looked so frustrated…. I walked out. Maybe if you have nothing but time on your hands, they may be worth a try, I didn’t see any finished products to determine if their work was worth it but they definitely don’t respect your time.

1st time here. They did not have the hair that I wanted but I went with her suggestion and boy I'm glad I did. I had two ladies braiding and I was done in under 4 hours! My hair is not painful or super tight.I have all grey roots and you can barely tell! Very nice job I definitely will return!!
