Good food. Not real busy at 1 pm. We were not hurried and welcomed to remain and talk with or friends. Will eat here again.

I'm not a fan of chain restaurants in general, but I was meeting a group here so I didn't really have a choice. The waiter was very friendly and tended to our needs very well. The food is standard casual dining fare. I like that there are some healthy options on the menu that aren't devoid of taste. Family friendly and generous portions, just don't expect to be blown away with the quality of the cuisine.

Food and service has really gone downhill here. Used to be good but last time I went the food was subpar and the service was horrendous.we waited forever for our food and drinks and the place was not busy

It took 15 minutes from sitting down for a waiter to get to us. I ordered the orange salmon with a side salad and Cole slaw. The salad was alright. The Cole slaw was disgusting and I almost gagged from the rancid taste. That left me with just a tiny fillet of salmon with a single orange slice on top of it and nothing else, and a lack luster piece of garlic bread. It wasn't worth anything near what I payed and I will not be returning, nor recommending your business to anyone.

My salad was awesome when I was there at lunch a couple months ago, but when my husband and I went for a late dinner and drinks a few weeks ago, the food was ok and the prices were higher.

Very disappointing. We come here for special occasions as we live an hour and a half away. Tonight there was no one seating people on arrival. Finally get seated and waitress comes to table and takes our order. We waited over 45 minutes for my husband and my dinner. Never once did the waitress come over and explain or talk to us. We saw many people who came after us order and receive their meals and leave before we even got ours. We had planned to get dessert and linger but were so turned off by the service we left and will not be driving that far to visit again.

Terrible! Tried something new and took the family out for Easter dinner. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty we still had extremely slow service as well as cold, burnt food. The burgers were cooked incorrectly, some fries were so burned you could not bite through them. Not one person in our party of seven was happy with their meal. The waiter rarely stopped to check on us, the napkins we requested never even showed up until we were done with our meal and we were never asked if we needed refills. We asked to speak with the manager and while Kristen did come over, she simply said she understood why we would not return. Extremely disappointing experience.

The service here is wonderful.. From the hostess at the door who accommodated our choice to sit elsewhere, to our waiter, Sean, who was so polite and attentive.
We come here each time we leave the hospital to treat ourselves and are always satisfied. When company comes to visit us we take them here. There is plenty of food, great food, for decent prices.
Kudos to the manager who made our visit tonight even more satisfying when she found out that we come here each time we leave the hospital and provided us with desserts! Awesome!response / report this review -

Only one star because I don't think I can do zero. To be fair, the lunch has been consistently good; everytime I have come here for dinner however, it has been absolutely terrible. I have tried ordering medium well burgers, and they come out still bleeding. Due to that, I ordered a well done burger the last time to make sure it'done correctly; but it wasn't any better. After taking it back and making a new burger ( supposedly well done), they brought it out.and it was still red and bleeding. Brave the place for lunch maybe, but I do NOT recommend it for dinner.

We were both familiar with the name Ground Round so we decided to try it. Our server was quick to our table with a fresh basket of popcorn and our food was served quickly. I had Grilled Chicken Balsamic and my partner ordered the Tuscan Seafood Pasta. My chicken was tender and tasty with bruschetta and the Balsamic drizzle. It was served with rice pilaf and I ordered the vegetable of the dayzucchini and squash and lots of onions. I passed on the vegetable.. way too spicy. The Tuscan Seafood Pasta, the light portion with shrimp and scallops over linguine in a light sauce,was ample with the exception that the scallops were not very tasty. The decor is spiffy and we sat in the back in a nice booth which is less noisy than the bar area.
