My wife and I only eat out at Aroma Thyme . They are the only restaurant we trust to serve us and our loved ones healthy food. We very highly recommend them for great tasting, healthy food. I've tried several of the entrees and haven't been disappointed.
And several of the deserts, all good but enjoyed the banana one the best so far!response / report this review -

Such a cool place for drinks. They have an extensive wine collection, unique tap beers, many custom drinks, and food that is out of this world. Staff is always friendly.

Easy going and low key. With amazing food. Long Island NY native here. Very picky and like quality. 18 hour smoked biscuit and Rib-eye dishes were perfect. Prepared with fresh ingredients that are combined and cooked to perfection. A lot of resturants in up state NY try and fail to achive what Aroma Thyme Bistro has perfected.

Maybe I am missing something but I don't think the food at Aroma Thyme is as great as everyone says. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is eclectic. Some of the food I've had was very good but I've also had food that was so so. And their prices are a bit excessive for the area and amount of food you receive. I probably will give it another chance and hopefully I will order something amazing - fingers crossed.

We didn't get to sample the food. Unfortunately, the kitchen was closed by the time we got there. Drinks were nice. Fair pricing. Was a little disappointed. We sat outside. Huge outdoor area. No smoking. I enjoy a cigarette with my drink. May go back one day to try the food, but I think I'll take it to go. Such a shame given the elegant appearance.

We went here for dinner before going to the Shadowland theatre as we often do and had an excellent experience overall. I love this restaurant for the organic local foods and gluten free choices and the fact that the food is prepared perfectly and is delicious and healthy too. We have enjoyed the new servers they've had this past year as they are friendly and efficient and Justin, who was our main server, did a great job this time and our last visit a month ago. We also enjoyed going back to aroma thyme after the show for dessert and coffee and had the pleasure of being there for the music which was very good and Jeffrey did a great job as our server for dessert. I wish we had a restaurant like this in Kingston. Thank you.

Great place to go as a couple or group. Very romantic in a nice upscale atmosphere ,in the summer you can dine outside which is a refreshing change. The portions were small for the amount of money but was definitely worth it. Food is always delish and the staff couldn't get any friendlier.

I was hesitant to try this place because "green" often means "flavorless," but I had no cause to worry. The Milano sandwich was delicious. I also loved the little french presses, especially since coffee was available in decaf. The only down spot was the potatoes, which had an off taste to them. Old cooking oil? I'm not sure. Still, I ate every one of them! Great place, I'd definitely go again.

I have been there twice in the last month and each meal has been better than the next. This time we enjoyed cocktails and discovered that Marcus employes the same exacting standard for his liquor as he does for his food. The bar was almost devoid of name brands. Everything we drank was interesting, delicious, and different. People who say it is pricey, don't know what good food costs or can't tell the difference. Go out of your way to come here.

Really great food! Loved the atmosphere. Right on Main Street, you can't miss it. The chef/owner was so awesome. I have digestive problems and he accommodated me to the tee! I loved my food and the staff! Will definitely be going back often. Not many care that much about the food he prepares! Green establishment! VERY CLEAN!

We always have a great time and a great meal at Aroma Thyme! This was our first trip for Brunch and it was outstanding! Definitely one of the Best the Hudson Valley has to offer. If you have not Visited Aroma Thyme, What are you waiting for?

I was so excited when my husband asked if I'd like to try Aroma Thyme! I'm not a huge fan of eating food that I haven't cooked myself. Aroma Thyme surpassed my expectations and is now my new fav! I look forward to trying everything on the menu. Olives were spot on and I couldn't ask for a better sweet wine. Staff was great! Thank you

Wonderful meal - we were a party of 5 and arrived 15 minutes later than we reserved for (we called ahead to say we would be about 15 minutes late) staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Everyone ordered appetizers (mussels, lobster mac & cheese, calamari) and entrees (polenta, rib eye steak, tuna, shrimp/lobster scampi) a few desserts - delicious drinks. Wonderful live music. Service was a bit slow but then again, we arrived later than we had reserved for. Introduced a new family member who could see why we love Aroma Thyme and will look forward to our next visit.

Absolutely love this place. The restaurant owner and staff are so down to earth and incredibly sweet. They have an amazing ongoing relationship with their customers to keep them coming back. However, the food itself will do that all on its own. So very fresh and delicious! Our family really enjoys the calming atmosphere . Even when we bring our kids who have a wheel chair and stroller, they happily give us the perfect table to fit everyone in! Highly recommended this place!!
