Very clean and bright, even the restroom. Lots of seating. Nice lunch counter. Announcements were poor and ticket counter understaffed. Make sure you wait outside for your bus ahead of time.

Second time I've tried to take a Greyhound, second time they've screwed me over. I bought tickets over a month in advance, only to be told when we arrived (well before departure time) that the bus didn't have room for the three of us. Their overbooking would have cost me over $800 in nonrefundable Broadway tickets I saved for months to buy. We were lucky their competitor Short Line Bus/Coach USA was there to take care of us!

I've only taken the bus over 10 years ago so I can't really remember. Plus I was young so I didn't really pay too much attention on the services or anything. Now I just stop in sometimes when I'm walking and I need a warm place with WIFI 😁

Beautiful buses. Compared to any other line, THIS IS THE ONE TO TAKE, esp if your going a long distance. Leather seats that recline, chargers in almost every row (that WORK), cup holders, lights & fans that all work as well. They stop in PA if your going from Bing to NYC, so get cigs or fast food- They give you a 15 minute break. Keep you updated on times and traffic, and are overall better kept buses, CLEAN, and comfortable. Unlike their competitors and it is the same price (unless your a student it's CHEAPER tickets) as all the other lines that are just sub-par.

My return trip on Greyhound was poor. The driver who took over the bus from Buffalo to Syracuse had a very bad attitude and argued with one of the passengers over the use of cell phones. People who provide a service to members of the public for a fee should know that customers deserve to be treated with respect.

    1) People at the counter refuse to answer questions. Their standard reply is "we'll announce it over the speaker"
    2) They overbook buses regularly and when you approach them they act surprised. A follow up question of "When will the next bus arrive?" is met with the answer in #1 above
    3) Somehow when the buses are on time, they move as slow as possible and leave late.
    4) Despite how late they are, they still somehow find a way to use the full 20 min break stop at the BK just across the NY-PA border

Wish I could say differently, but I can't.

Greyhound is absolutely the worst travel experience you can have in most areas of the country, but I can say New York state is by far the worst. It might as well be owned by Blacks, because almost every bus driver is Black, especially in the cities and the Southern United States.

Wouldnt even give one star , Greyhound- the service of the place is complete out of date and very disrespectful , when I tried to explain that I had a problem because I couldn’t print my ticket from the night before and the bus driver didnt let me in because of this reason while having my ticket on the phone with confirmation number, understand that it was my fault I couldnt find a place to print the ticket at 11pm in Binghamton , they told me to come the next day and they would help me, which was a horrible experience they said that it was to much work for them to look me up in their system and gave me a very hard attitude and THEY KEPT COMPLAINING that is to much work what they where doing, becouse I asked them to do theire job. I never got help for my problem and had to get ticket from CoachUSA which ened up been cheaper and way better attitude.
They old guy with glasses was the main problem.

Very horrible service. Unnecessary delays and lies about departure and arrival. Better stick with my Coach. I was so late for work that I almost got fired. Coach always gets me there on time. I don't know why I took the damn greyhound. Fucking service..

My child and I had an extremely long 6hr layover and they saw we had a 3day trip ahead. They went out of their to prevent her from being bored. They even permitted her to choose movies. They did everything they could to assist us on shortening our trip. The cafe was excellent as well.

I would love to rate this station higher considering how often I use their transit lines, but with the schedule cuts, some of their drivers being incredibly inappropriate (one in particular has kicked me off mid route simply for sitting near a group of individuals disturbing other passangers and has since PASSED me several times waiting for the bus) and the restroom often being a location for the public to openly exchange drugs and leave paraphernalia I am forced to give this location a low rating. It only avoids a 1 star rating since they DO happen to have very good public wifi with a strong 1MB connection.

The heavier set guy with glasses who looks like he plays dungeon and dragons was extremely rude to the customers he helped and was making it known that he was angry. He didn't help me personally but I watched and listened to him lash out on a few people while waiting for my bus.

Took them often to travel between Binghamton and New York City. Nice employees and good prices with the student advantage card.

I am traveling from Binghamton to New York. The bus is late (so far) by an hour. The bus station workers give no explanation about the reason for the delay. When asked they lie about the delay time. Half an hour ago I was told that the bus will be in 10 minutes. Dishonest company.

I was greatly displeased with the service I received at the bus station in Binghamton, NY. One of the buses to Nyc was delayed by an hour and the staff there offered little to no explanation. The staff members and bus drivers alike show poor manners to passengers and clearly dislike their jobs. One of bus drivers in particular by the name of T. Weatherly has poor customer interaction skills as he has shown to have a short temper little patience towards customers.

Always find a seat. The drivers are kind and respectable. The new buses are very comfortable.
