I actually had a very good experience with this company. I didn't realize how fortunate I was to have rented from them until I rented from a property management company that displeased me. Let me state that I liked renting from this company even though I lost my security deposit because, in all truth, I should have lost it. I had to pay to wall paper a room because my kids ripped a couple pieces and that's an expensive fix. The agent was super understanding and tried her best to find the cheapest repairs. They ALWAYS completed work orders in a timely manner and I'm talking about within hours. I strongly recommend them.

If you go to Lander/Piedmont Tech, stear Clear of any apartments that Greenwood Realty manages. They want money, more money, and money. Never, ever, ever, ever again will I do business with this company. I am filing an official complaint with the BBB.
