  Matt gives wonderful and personable service and goes above and beyond for his customers. As a woman I've had issues in the past with mechanics who do not take me seriously or treat me like I dont know what I'm talking about, Matt was helpful, honest, and treated my with respect and consideration. He helped my partner and I come out on top of a terrible situation with a less than stellar used car deal and stubborn warranty company. Not only did he give us great prices for the services he provided, he worked hard to make sure we got our reimbursement even when I was sure it was a lost cause. I couldn't be happier with the service we received here and I will definately come back for any services I need in the future!

  Very happy that I found this business. My 18 year old granddaughter needed an oil change and had a concern regarding her brakes. Took her car here and was told that her brakes were in great condition and what was the likely issue with the noise she was hearing. Glad that she has an honest, reliable business to take her car for any maintenance. Highly recommend Greeneville Tire & Performance for any vehicle.

  Talked to Matt on Saturday about service on my car he told us he would look at it and call us with a price. He called with the price and promised the car on Tuesday. Car was ready as promised at the price quoted and I have a happy college student. Thanks Matt and team would recommend this shop to anyone

  Not only is Matt McClelland a personable and an extremely helpful manager for this location, but he is also knowledgeable and honest with his customers. He is raising an honest culture of mechanics that are here to help and serve patrons, for fair prices. He gave me recommendations on trustworthy mechanics that he has worked with for my area in Tennessee since I was not from around this Greeneville.
  
  While I was stranded, I asked a few strangers of mechanics that are great in the area, and Greeneville Tire & Performance Center was a common answer, and I can tell that this is exactly why. I highly recommend this location if you encounter car troubles, need to have any simple service on it, or even if you're willing to learn more about your vehicle by trustworthy people.

  Starting with my company car and ending up with both of personal cars being serviced here, I have come to build a great business relationship. I trust Matthew and his crew to do quality work at a fair price and stand behind their work. I recommend GT&P to anyone who'll listen.

  Our customers will always be considered friends, as a company with 73% female customer base we strive to make sure every customer is satisfied. We do NOT give quotes for service/mechanic work over the phone due to the fact that there is no way to know what may be needed without proper diagnosis and therefore we can not truly give the customer the best price available without knowing the needed repairs, we don't guess because that only leads to trouble and that is why the last customer to rate our store was only given a starting point. Mechanics are just like doctors except we work on cars instead of people, I wouldn't want my doctor to diagnose my symptoms over the phone and leave me hoping he was correct, I for one will always and I mean always make sure everyone is treated very fair and respected by myself and my staff.

  Was not impressed when I called for an estimate. Fellow I spoke to would not give me a price only that it starts at 89 and goes up from there. Began to talk about things that might need to be replaced or repaired. As a female made me nervous that if I went here the price would indeed go up because I would be ripped off. Conversation ended there for me ☹️☹️
