I took my father there when he was in the market for a new vehicle. He found one he liked, the sales manager gave him a good trade-in amount (higher than my father expected), and his salesman (Nick) was super friendly and very professional. My father was not pressured in the slightest.
My father picked out a vehicle and we drove away with all the paperwork and financing complete in about an hour. Perfect. Efficient and timely service.

This is for the Dodge place. Service department is phenomenal, 5 stars all day. Sales side gets rated a 1 strictly because of the sales manager. It averages to a 3. I inquired with a salesman about a used vehicle with over a hundred thousand miles, a broken fender, ripped seats, and no price posted, he had no information so he took me to the sales manager. After looking through a spreadsheet he quoted me an absurdly high price for a 9 year old vehicle with obvious flaws. When I told him I thought that was kind of steep and for 6-8 thousand more I could get a brand new model with no miles, no damage, and a warranty he laughed at me and told me that if I think I can get approved for that much credit, feel free. I left Greenbrier Motor Company. I went with new from another dealer. And for my wife i went with new from another dealer. And for my daughter it will be from another dealer. As long as that sales manager is there I won't buy from them. It's true, there is one born every minute. In this case it's whoever pays that sales manager.

I'm on a trip heading to Colorado and needing some help installing a thermostat on my 2011 Ram 6.7 Megan Laramie and all the blue shirts in the service department helped diagnose my issue so I could do some quick wrench turning and get back on the road. Hooyah! Appreciate the help the pregnant wife, kids and dog appreciate it!
