The service man was so willing to be of service and even worked me in so that i could have an oil change before a planned trip. He and the other service people were courteous and welcoming.

This was my first ever experience of buying a car. My husband and I went in and were looking around the parking lot and Chris Wallace approached us and provided helpful insight from our first question to our last. We test drove that evening, I went back the next day and tried out a few other cars (because I had no clue what I wanted or was interested in). Chris was patient with me and always kept a positive attitude. He was always honest with us, including when we told him we were going to look in Roanoke to compare the prices. When we went to Roanoke we were very disappointed with the service we received. So we knew we were coming back to HondaNissan. Chris treated us as family and with utmost respect. We wound up buying a Nissan Altima & enjoy it thoroughly. I know that I can contact Chris at any time for anything regarding our car. I recommend HondaNissan to anyone looking for a Honda/Nissan AND a positive car buying experience.

Our Honda airbag needed replacing. They reminded us of this, called the next day when the parts were in, and and quickly set up an appointment. The job was projected to take an hour and a half, but it was done in an hour. Everyone was very courteous and friendly.

Service was excellent, as always; accommodating as to time frame since I come from NC to have my service done there and my time is limited. Things are done quickly and I always know they will be done right. I travel 3 1/2 hours to come to Covington Honda Nissan because I trust them, know they will be fair. That is also why I buy my cars there. Thank you Honda Cars for great service.

Service was quick and everyone I came into contact with was helpful. They entire 5,000 mile maintenance on my Frontier Pickup was done in about 40 minutes. As it was my first service, there was no charge. Excellent experience.

Great experience dealing with the sales team! They actually delivered the vehicle to me at my home over an hour away. Really impressed with the whole process and received the best trade value out of all the dealers i was dealing with. Then got a great interest rate on my loan that actually beat my Credit Union! Thanks guys

I have worked with many Nissan dealerships. Coving Nissan is by far the best! The service manager was amazing and very thorough in making sure my car left his shop in tip top shape. I will definitely return!
