does not honor warranties, rude, inconsiderate, very short with no information much less anything helpful. also overcharged the repair for my weedeater paid just as much to repair as i almost did buying it only replacing a coil. Customer service is not a goal here. Very weird visits. Never had this kind of experiences before and just very odd. We don't have a lot of businesses here so why not give 100 percent to all customers in what we do have to help grow our economy here not chase customers away.
