I ordered the "famous" greek salad for $11.04 (after tax), which came with two olives, one tiny pepperoncini, and a lot of disappointment.
Great food, I love the bread in here, service was not that great
Heard a lot about this place and finally tried it today. I got the gyro sandwich and lentil soup. Very very delicious!
Food was all made fresh and had lots of flavor. Will be going back here very soon!!
Outstanding spanakopita and fasolakia, huge portions, fast service in great location. Can't wait to return! Efharisto!
Awesome place for authentic greek food. If this is your first time having greek food, try Greek combo; or if you are a meat lover, try the pork or lamb entree. There will be a lot of people line up for food during lunch hours and they close early and do not open on weekends, so take a look of their opening hours and avoid lunch hours before you go.
Been coming here for years. Love Kosta's food and his overall demeanor. Think Soup Nazi from Seinfeld but less intimidating. I always, always recommend the lamb platter. Everything else is great, but his lambdefinitely worth the food coma at lunch. Also be aware he's only open for lunch
This place is the bomb! The only bad thing I could say about it is the line.
An excellent Greek deli. The gyros are massive and delicious. If you are really hungry make it a platter and you can choose from sides like greek salad, orzo with feta, spanakopitsetc. The lamb platter is very good and a lot of food. I don't think they serve anything bad. There is always a line and to me that is a good sign.
Greek Deli is a staple for the local work lunch crowd. The small space only has enough room for the takeout counter and the line. The line gets long but moves quickly. The prices are high but make sense for the location of the restaurant and the large amount of food you get (many turn the platters into two meals). I have tried the lamb platter and the meatballs. The lamb is slices of beautifully braised whole lamb. It is lean and the sauce is savory. This is NOT the chunked kebab meat you see elsewhere. The meatballs are fist-sized with beef and rice to add volume. Platters are served with orzo, string-beans, a Greek salad and a giant slab of homemade bread. Chocolate chip cookies are good.
