On Saturday February 3rd, 2018 I was taken to the Emergency Room by ambulance after breaking my leg on a snowmobile at about 3 PM. I was super impressed with the care I received from this efficient, friendly, competent staff. The ER doc Eric Maki, and the imaging staff were very efficient. The on call Orthopedic Surgeon Daniel Lukes came in quickly and discussed my situation, prepared the OR with on call staff, the anesthesiologist was compassionate and informative, and very competent and my leg was put back together by 11 PM on a Saturday night. The care on the floor was also outstanding and I was on my way at 3 PM Sunday. This 24 hours was an unfortunate visit, and was I super pleased with my care. Thank you all for what you have done for me.
Most of the nurses are great and do what they can with the resources they have available but management is a joke. If you come to management with a legitimate concern, do not expect them to do anything. They care more about the bottom line and much less about patient care.
This place doesn't always return phone calls.
Do they not take an oath to "first do no harm?" This is worse than no health care.
