Horrible customer service. If you're trying to get on your feet and spend your hard legally earned money, expect to wait two weeks. Better have enough documentation to satisfy a nazi checkpoint.

Edit: My brother just went to cash some money because his bank is a member of their cooperative and they wouldn't help him. Never heard of United Federal Credit Union which has been in surrounding areas for decades. Just dumb. They don't want your money, they just want to make your life a hassle. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE IDIOTS.
