  Grand Valley Auto Parts is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've visited them multiple times with certain parts for my projects and always felt like my business was appreciated. The front desk sales guy Brian is always cool.

  I came here with my husband for a bumper for my Jeep a little while back, and Steve was great. He didn't even mock me when I told him how my bumper got dented (I backed up into my house). He was very friendly, and listed all the state capitals which impressed me. Overall, I'll be coming here for my car parts in the future. Highly recommended to my friends, family, and random strangers on the internet. Thanks for your help and knowledge, Steve!

  They have sold me bad engines twice one for a North star Cadillac and a dodge carvan, even when I bought the extended warranty the engine came late to my shop and took forever to pay my labor claim and the owner just talk bull$!## all day. I will never buy nothing from this place again

  Customer service at Grand Valley Auto Parts excellent. The representative I spoke with was named Steve and he was very professional and polite. They have great prices and great warranty I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good used quality part.

  Very knowledgeable staff. Very fast turnaround in terms of getting the parts that they don't have stocked or need to pull from other yards.
  
  What sets these guys apart from other junk yards is that they actually have a wide variety of parts for all makes models, most junkyards only have those old dinky cars and the parts suck!
  
  Not here! Affordable, fast, and professional. I would definitely recommend these guys!
