Our family was on vacation in Traverse City when we had transmission problems. We ended up needing a new transmission. The team at Grand Traverse Transmission were so helpful. They put a rush on the trans because they knew we were from out of town and got our vehicle fixed for us in 4 days. We were able to enjoy our our vacation and still get home on time.

One of our clients gave us a call regarding the warranty on their 2005 GMC Yukon, but were out of state and needed a local ATRA certified shop to help them out. Grand Traverse Transmission & Auto Care were nothing, but friendly and honest on the diagnosis. It wasn’t a warranty after all, but they were a big help to the client on their findings and they took very good care of our customer!

Had a brand-new $5000 transmission installed in my 2002 jaguar ( which is in pristine shape) just to get it back with broken wire harnesses missing bolts And other broken parts. Claimed the parts broke because the car is old the same car that has never seen a winter or stored outdoors including a clip for the wire harness to a brand-new O2 sensor I just installed two weeks prior to dropping it off. Every time I stopped and he said he would call me and never did claimed he left messages but there was none. I will be filing in small claims court for all the repairs that now need to be done to my car due to their carelessness and they will Be paying jaguar to fix it.

Repaired my Chevy 2500HD transfer case, and 4x4 switch was bad, all works great now, thanks Ben and Earl.
