I wish I could give them ZERO stars and still be able to write a review. The service department for a diesel truck had the truck for 7 WEEKS and still didn't fix it. Every time we asked if we needed to find somewhere else to take it they asked to try again! They burned up a $800 programmer in their "working" which we had to pay for because they refused saying it wasn't their fault because it was an after market product. They still charged me $2,000! When I called to talk to the General Manager he told me he was sorry I was unhappy but that he lost more money than I paid!

I have purchased my last 3 vehicles here, chose them for repairing one of them after an accident and use them for oil changes as well as detail work. If there one thing they lack it is a large inventory but they will work hard to find the car you want and do all they can do to accommodate your wants.

My young family and we're looking to keep our hard earned money in our local economy and in America. The gentleman insisted on a Ford Focus with a finance rate that would of got me a Lincoln. Their wasn't any negotiating with him at all Needless to say, I ended up with a fine Japanese product from Boardman Ohio that is better than any Ford they had to offer

Grand Ford has the best service and sales department around and that's because the have the best employees and management in the state. They have always treated me like family.
