These people sold me a lemon. Told me the abs light was malfunctioning and it turns out it was malfunctioning because of a wheel barring issue and I almost crashed due to it. The truck I bought off them had a lot of issues that didn't come out until a few months down the road to the point where the truck is worthless. I will never deal with these people again and if your smart you'd stay away from them.

They leave your floor mats dirty in the driver's seat. Charge more when u have inc. Not very friendly.

crapy service they never return your call and as many times you call they will say I'll call u back and never do and they do not inspect There vehicle at all the fluids were empty in my truck and didn't have a light when I bought it but right when I left dealership it came on misfire and it's still on year later and they did nothing about it this is a warning for no one else to get ripped off

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. Or STADIUM GM SALEM OHIO :: I would like to inform everybody that this dealership was set up by Lisa Reaggle, Bob Wagner & Susan Thomas (Bobs exwife :: Suzys Closet Guilford Lake Ohio) anyone else ? This Fraud Game started in Columbiana Ohio ,Brandon Brown & 2 other salesman leave the columbiana Dealership ,Then go to Power Pontiac and start the Fraud Game for Attorney Lawrence W Stacey2 "Larry" to show everyone how good of an Attorney he is ? He's so good he went to Super Attorney Dave Betras? This case went into the courtroom 2 different times ? 1st time Attorney Stacey2 made Bob -n- Susan leave the courthouse? 2nd time what happened with Lisa Reaggle ? Did everyone go into the courtroom ? " A joint Lawsuit?" Who did the case ? Attorney Betras or Attorney Stacey2 ?Was the case won ? What was the outcome of the case ?Attorney Stacey2 sets the Dealership up and He goes to Attorney Betras ?Whats Attorney Stacey2 do set people up ? Why do I get penalized because of this ? I get screwd over at Stadium GM Salem ohio and then Attorney Stacey2 tells me to shut up about this along with Attorneys Arason-"Fineman"-Davis-"Ludevich". Why am I in trouble because of this ?Because Attorney L Stacey2 called my mothers house and explained how everyone was setting Power Pontiac up? Also brought up was about the murder of Sherrie Ieroplie?( Nick Ieroplie, Jessie Ieroplie , Mannie Vallino, Allen Joseph ? ) Everyone was on the intercome n recorded :: about the murder n power pontiac set up lawsuit & because ""Pondis waitresses Leeann Best Stear & Courtney Shivers get involed in all of this along with Randy Perrino from Lock24 Resturant? I wouldn't trust Power Pontiac or Stadium GM Salem Ohio or Stadium GM Salesman Scott Henthorn after all of this !
Then I'm told that Leeann Sweetheart Best Stear ( former waitress of Mason Steakhouse, Pondis waitress "barmaid"as far as I know!) is the Best at setting people up and stealing money (Contact Attorney Vincent Gurrera about Leeann Stear and The Sweetheart Sisters cellphone Game? The staff was very friendly and very helpful through the entire process. Tommy listened to my needs and my budget for a new car and found me a car that was exactly what I needed and felt comfortable affording. Every interaction that I have had with the staff has been good. I look forward to doing more business in the future.

Terrible customer service, they are the type that say what they have to, to get you to the dealership and then it all changes when your there, I have no idea how they maintain a customer base or loyal customers! My friend and his father purchased 2 used vehicles there around the same time (both over $20,000) and they had mechanical issues and the service department and salesman did not want to help them at all!!! Definitely talk to some local people and check the reviews before purchasing from this dealership!!

We traded my hummer h3 that had all my walking dead stickers that I made specifically for it they were really cool about it gave us a great trade in on it. We worked with a man named big Tom great great guy. Worked his butt off for us awesome attitude. We went in at 10am walked out by 2pm with a beautiful 07 avalanche that's all jacked up with all the bells and whistles. I couldn't be more pleased they will get my service from now on I tell everyone that will listen to go them. I miss my hummer and hope it goes to a good home but my avalanche is gorgeous!! Thank you guys so much
