I went to the store with my 80 year old mother who is very difficult to find shoes for due to her wide foot. I have tried to order shoes for her on-line for her since she has a hard time walking in to a store. She was pleased with the patience of the woman helping us. I chose this store because of the reputation of having a large variety of shoes and thought they would carry a wide shoe. They had to special order it; they hardly had any wide shoes for her in the store. After over a month my mother still does not have any shoes!!! When I called and talked to the special order person he was rude and short; blamed it on the shoe company and back order and hung up the phone. I called back to talk to manager and not much better customer service. It's a shame that businesses don't know how to respectfully speak to customers. This is why so many small shops are closing and people are ordering everything on-line. ( I was able to order the same shoe on-line with that specific brand of shoe and it said it should get here in a week) I would not recommend this overpriced and disrespectful store.

Staff I've interacted with are generally friendly and well versed in the various types of shoes they have and are happy to help find the right pair for you. The store is fairly good sized, filled with shoes, boots and the like. Pretty much anything you'd want.

Unbelievable amount of sizes and styles. Employee nicely greeted me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Would highly recommend this store to any big guy.

Good for people who are elderly or need special sizes. Most of the styles are outdated. Not much for the 20-50 year old age range.

They treat their employees very poorly and I do not support businesses who behave in such a manner. I have talked to numerous people in the community who have quit this job because of the selfish and unfair administration. One woman was fired after 20+ years of faithful service because they said they were "cutting costs" but they hired in new associates a week later. I do not give my business to companies who are willing to turn their backs on their subordinates for a couple of extra dollars. They ought to be ashamed of their behavior.

I love shoes. They have really reasonable prices, and they're clearence prices are even better. You get well made shoes that last unlike off brand shoes.

Although they advertise 'deep discounts', they are rather expensive. They do have the 'rack room' where you CAN find some deals, you really have to dig through many shows to find one that is actually a 'deal'. They DO carry a WIDE range of sizes. When my son was a toddler, he required an x-wide shoe and they were able to order them but, even then (21yrs ago), they cost $30-40. As an adult, he wears a 13EEEE, and I was able to get them there but in a very limited selection.
