  I love this place to bring my car to be repaired. The staff treats you like royalty with all of there things they offer you to eat and drink while waiting for your car. I love just actually relaxing with a cup of kuereg coffee. My sister thinks I'm a spoiled brat because this is the place I always talk about and then compare other dealerships to it. So far, I have not found another dealership that is as nice as this one is and always have done me good. ..

  Five stars for sure! Excellent service techs. Good management. Good customer care. Fair service policies and reasonable pricing> (hey, it is a dealership). Grand Blanc Toyota stands above ALL other dealerships I have used.

  I have bought 3 car from Grand Blanc Toyota is the pass nine years. I have had good experiences with the sales and financial team. I especially like the professionalism of the service department. The greeting, ease of appointment, reasonable cost of repairs and professional approach of the service advisors " especially Mike" all made a good impression on me. I'm glad they're in my neighborhood, and will continue to do business with them.

  Grand Blanc Toyota has great customer service! The service department fit me in their already busy Monday morning work schedule after I discovered my vehicle wouldn't start. I had it jump started by AAA and then drove to Grand Blanc Toyota. They thoroughly checked my vehicle out and replaced the 3 year old battery. Thank you Grand Blanc Toyota for your outstanding service!

  If you need a new or used car. Salesman, Dean Lake is the kindness guy to work with. He made my car purchasing experience pleasent answering any and all questions. His first priority at Grand Blanc Motor Cars is to sell BMW's, but he is just as effective at selling Toyota's. I love my new Camary. Thanks Dean

  Everything about our purchase was excellent. I had difficulties with MY bank and Grand Blanc Toyota went above and beyond the call of duty to work things out. And the amazing thing was that I was just purchasing a small, very inexpensive car (Yaris iA, which I love) and they went to a lot of extra trouble to help me out. Overall, a great experience.

  Highly satisfied with my overall experience at Grand Blanc Motorcars. Matt Gerry in Sales is wonderful to work with, I highly recommend asking for him if you're looking for a new vehicle! Dale Hoskins in Service does a wonderful job, very much appreciated and highly recommended! All staff has been friendly and professional at all times during our visits.

  As always, Grand Blanc Toyota took care of us and our 2006 Sienna that needed a new timing belt/water pump + a few other items. Service is simply impeccable and completed as expected, as it has since we've been going there. Steve T. does an excellent job in the service dept., especially when it comes to questions and recommendations on work. Certain that by staying with GB Toyota, we'll get another 100k+ from our Sienna

  Everyone I worked with in the service department and at the reception desk was very professional, friendly and helpful. I had repairs done promptly and thoroughly on my Toyota vehicle, and the waiting/hospitality area was very quiet and comfortableI was able to relax with some Keurig coffee and a book while I waited. Top notch experience!
