  10/10 - I recommend Gotcha without reservation. I rarely write reviews, but the other review here seems entirely unfair and unrepresentative of my experience with Gotcha Legal Services. I enlisted Kraig and his team's process server services and found the client experience to be nothing short of exceptional: professional, timely, communicative, and efficient.
  
  I used to work in client (financial) services, so the bar is pretty high!
  
  If you're looking for a professional process server, get in touch with Kraig today. The legal process has been extremely stressful for me, and after being harassed, bullied, misinformed, and stolen from by my master tenant during COVID / shelter-in-place, the last thing I needed was more complexity. Thanks to Kraig and his team, this part of the legal process was super easy. Thank you for doing this work!

  I used Gotcha Legal Services to locate/serve an individual. I paid them in advance providing them with sufficient information to assist them. Gotcha legal service got my money but never delivered the report I was promised. I followed-up with them several times ohh it's in the emailohh I emailed it but I never saw an attachment. Once I was yelled at because they didn't have time as they were going away for the weekend. I'll get back to you and they don't
