  When we found McDuffey Law Firm, I was at the end of my rope after being "fired" as a client from another "prominent" law firm because "I didn't have a case!" and I was just frustrated to the point I was ready to give up. Due to my diligent wife, in comes Tim McDuffey and his staff! I received a call from Tim after my wife sent an email to his law firm. Since that day even with all the pain and suffering with my injuries and surgeries and frustration with the process, Tim and his staff have been the rock. They have went beyond being amazing and have been the calming force in the frustration of dealing with everything from the doctor to the surgeries to physical therapyWe have been truly blessed by having Tim and McDuffey Law Firm on OUR side. In my humble opinion, you need look no further if needing an attorney that is on your side 100%!

  I had two previous lawyers prior to working with the McDuffey law firm, I wasted two years with zero results. Within 2 months of taking my case, we had some progress and within six months were already successful with a portion of the case.
