  The food itself was decent but nothing to write home about.
  They brought our friend the wrong beer, and they said she would have to pay for the one she actually ordered because she took one sip before realizing it. What exactly were they going to do with the open beer, even if it had not been touched?
  When we went to pay, they didn't have everything split out by seat and/or group, so we had to list out each item we had. This was tedious, and the cashiers got it wrong several times and then got upset with us like it was our fault.
  Good customer service is how you convince people to become repeat customers. We will not be returning.

  Great food, quick service. We came today for lunch. They have changed a little since last time I came. Some of the middle booths have been removed and replaced with with one long table. It really opens up the space. Also, at lunch now, you order and pay for your food before we sit down so you don't have to wait around as much. Smoked brisket sandwich and hot chips were amazing. Great smoky flavor.

  Hard time getting them to answer the phone to place a to go order. Used to be my favorite place to eat but since I can't get service to place an order guess I will find a new place that cares about service and their customers. This isn't the first time this has been an issue. Have also been shorted in the past on a few orders, ordered and paid for 6 ribs, get home to only find I have 3 and they are very cold.

  They got a 2.50 IPA that's really good. I ordered the pulled pork. And wife ordered the bricuit.
  
  The pork was really good and their original sauce is even better.
  
  Hush puppies were way too dry. Food could use a little presentation shown by the photos though.
  The Hot Chips had too much seasoning on them.
  
  But the Cold Mountain Brew is one of the best beers I've ever had. That and their BBQ and worth alone the trip.
  
  Service was fair.
