I have been going to this place 3 to 4 times per month on average since it opened in 2008. It's a really nice theater and the employees are almost always pleasant and helpful. Concessions are "cheap" (for movie theaters)"with their FMG card when compared to other theater chains. It's easy to build up points with this card. Free refills on drinks is also nice (although I wish they had more options). The auditoriums are well kept except for the screens sometimes. You can see that they have streaks from dust or something else on them if you are paying attention. One of the largest downsides is that this place is so crowded. It's gotten so much more crowded in just the last 5 years. People from all over the northern part of Indy and the outlaying areas come to this theater. Weeknights are definitely better, but still relatively crowded. Therefore, if you want to take out a lot of the human element (talking, texting, etc.) then this is not the place for you. My biggest gripe is that you do not get points on your FMG card when using Movie Pass. If no other theaters were doing it then I wouldn't care. With Regal Cinemas I still get points when using the Movie Pass card. The Regal I go to also has recliners which are amazingly comfortable and if you are sitting in the top row you can't even see the people below. It's great to eliminate the cell phone glow or talking with this. Plus, it's so much less crowded. Just my two cents as an avid movie goer. Not saying I won't come to this theater at all anymore, but I won't go here as much as I used to.

Very poorly managed. Last night all of the snack lines moved at a snail's pace. There were only 4 people ahead of us, but it took more than 10 minutes to get to the front of the line for a drink and a scoop of popcorn. A manager looking type was floating behind the counter but doing nothing to help-- jump in and help, dude!

Sadly, this is typical at this theater. Napkin/condiment stands were dirty, and 2 stations in the men's room we're out of service, resulting in a long wait.

Physical facilities and theaters are nice here, but they need someone on site to shape this place up!

This place has big screens, great audio, and fantastic chairs that rock/recline. They're not motorized but this is one of my favorite theaters on the north side. Waits aren't usually bad as they have kiosks that you can ring up your own tickets and get through faster. Like every movie theater.. expensive on food and drinks.

This is a great theater with lots of options. That being said, all the different theater format options can be overwhelming. I was trying to decide which option we wanted to see Thor Ragnarok and the one thing I couldn't figure out was how the GDX screen size compared to the other formats. It is considerably larger than a standard screen but it isn't nearly as big as the IMAX. The Dolby Atmos sound was cool, but personally I think it would be better suited to a movie that isn't already so loud.

Always a nice experience. Clean, well maintained, nice seats - everything you want in a theater. Well, OK, cheaper would be nice, but you can't have everything. I also had a surprisingly good hotdog.

I've been coming here for almost 8 years. I've never had one problem here. Now that I live up north I don't go there much. But every time I come back to fishers I go here. I never have an issue with kids. The staff is always friendly and it's really clean.

When we first got there, there were a bunch of 12, 13, 14, and 15 year olds asking people to buy them tickets for the movie IT because they weren't old enough to purchase the tickets without an adult with them. They asked us and I told them no, sorry, I can't do that. Well, after we buy our tickets for $20 and our popcorn for $11, we went into movie room 14. When we went to our seats there were two teenagers behind us who rudely had their feet hanging over the seats. I politely said "Excuse us, we're going to sit here." And they moved their feet. Of course it's only the second day this movie has been out but we were really excited for this movie being that we are fans of the original and Stephen King in general. Well, what do you know, about 5 minutes into the previews the seats behind us filled up entirely with the 12, 13, 14, and 15 year olds. During the previews they screamed at every little jump scene on purpose, showing off in front of each other. They hung their feet over the seats, and they talked the entire time through the movie. One lady asked them 3 different times to please be quiet, but they didn't stop. They weren't the only ones, there were younger kids in the back of the theatre too who were doing this and had their phones out taking pictures with the flash on. In all honesty, this was the worst movie experience I have ever had. I'm not happy with the staff of Goodrich Hamilton 16 IMAX + GDX for not dealing with these kids, especially because I know they were screaming loud enough that they could be heard outside the movie room.This is the prime example as to why children are not allowed to watch these movies without a responsible adult around, and unfortunately the staff at the Goodrich Hamilton 16 IMAX + GDX did not do their jobs to make sure these kids had supervisors there. All in all, I had a horrible movie experience, and this was definitely a waste of money being that we also paid for gas to get to the theatre

Amazing theater. The atmosphere is great, and the service is excellent. In addition to normal theater stuff, they have some great arcade games and private party type areas where a mom could host a birthday party, for example. If I was a mom or at least had a child, I'd do my kid's birthday party here.

Large theater. Hardly ever overcrowded. The prices are decent. The lobby is large. The seats are comfortable. They rock but don't recline. Great sound system and they have upgraded theaters too. 3D, IMAX and such.

This is definitely my favorite theater to go to. Although the handicap parking would be better if it was a closer distance to the door for people like me that need those spots to limit walking distance. Outside of that, they have always been very accommodating for when I've had very bad days and needed my wheel chair. The staff has always been very friendly and the 50¢ refills on popcorn are nice along with the free refills on drinks. It really makes the prices a little more worth it.

Bathrooms, theater, lobby, etc are always well maintained. Sound and screen in every room I have seen a movie in have always been amazing. It really is a top notch theater and I love going here whenever I go to any movie.

99% of the time, this is where my wife and I go to see movies, even if we're not going to IMAX. Frequent Movie Goer [FMG] rewards card is great. We usually do see things in IMAX but all the theaters are nice and have comfortable seats.

Went to see "Rogue One" yesterday for the experience of IMAX 3-D. Purchased the ticket online for $15 and when I arrived, I was told by the ticket-taker that the 3-D projector was malfunctioning and that it would be shown in 2-D instead. I went to the theater specifically to see the movie in 3-D, so that stunk, but I understand that stuff like that happens now and then. However, when I tried to explain to the rep. that I was being overcharged for the movie, he said that the ticket price reflected the difference between the 3-D and 2-D price. Long story short, he blew me off. I just got off the phone with a manager who admitted that the price was wrong, but who offered no apology or offer to make up for the inconvenience. Great theater, poor customer service in this case.
