It is a really nice place. Sometimes it is confusing where the stores are. It has a lot of good quality items with a reasonable price. The layaout and the environment outside is very nice.

Nice mall, could use a more diplomatic security guard who was on the segway Saturday afternoon. He acted like he owned the mall and treated shoppers like peons. TELLING them what to do. I was speaking with a teenager, a stranger to me,but we were having a nice conversation and he TOLD her to move. I'm 71 years old and found no reason for this type of attitude he projected. He was a tall African American "gentleman"

Great mall! Lots of nice food choices, there is a play area for the little ones, and an amazing variety of stores. They always decorate nicely for the holidays. It might get crowded, but you can find good gift items!

Lots of popular stores to choose from, nice layout, great Macy's department store, and several jewelry and clothing store options. The food court is very big, has many food choices including vegetarian and healthy options, and has a children's play area. There is a Starbucks located in the center of the mall. The mall is usually busy.

I like going to this mall because it's matched up with Greenwood Park mall and it is what Lafayette Square used to be, but I'm gonna be honest, I wish this mall was a melting pot. I wish it had a rainbow of people, it's got too many young blacks and I'm black myself. I don't wanna see too many white or too many black folks. I want to see people of all races, kinda like Circle Centre Mall. Please don't let this mall turn out to be Lafayette Square pt 2 because it's been heading in that direction especially of late. That's just how I feel.

I usually enjoy my shopping experience at Castleton but the last few years have changed that drastically. Some of the shops set up in the middle of the mall encroach upon your personal space and pressure sell products onto you. While I am not against the tactic of pressure sales, while I am walking in the middle of the mall either window shopping or heading to a specific shop I do not enjoy being approached when I am not "in" a store. It gives me anxiety because a situation is created where they step out in front of you blocking your path to your destination attempting to drag you to their kiosk. I want to enjoy what Castleton has to offer but I have found myself avoiding this mall for no other reason than what I've mentioned above. Holidays or weekends are more safe due to the large crowds make it more luck of the draw.

It's fun and exciting never knowing whether it will be a quiet shopping excursion or a visit to the wild west! My kids have gotten several lessons in culture that you just can't get many places these days, including learning some new vocabulary and aesthetic styles. The shootings in the parking lots keep things fresh and spontaneous. And we love to stand outside Forever 21 and work on our tans!

Awesome mall to go to!!!! Allows open carry none of the security guards say anything! One of the only malls I've ever been to that is ok with open carry or carry at all! I'm so glad there is a mall like that! Also has so much to do so many stores awesome to just walk around and window shop! 10/10 would mall again.

Hey, it's shopping! Nice clean quiet mall, very helpful, friendly associates. I didn't like a couple of the kiosks where they tried to make me come over to them. I do my hair at home, so I don't need them to experiment on my hair in the middle of the mall. And please don't approach my grandchildren, they don't make the financial decisions in my household.

We didn't shop here very often, but this is a good mall. They have a good food court, and the Apple Store is here. Have been here several times. Lots of parking, too.

Our go to mall in the area. My son and his friends go to movies, food court and entertainment destination. We feel comfortable with him spending time there. He has never looked for trouble and it has never found it here.

The mall is very well maintained and the floors seem to almost always be clean. I don't go here very often and I kind of feel like I get lost easily, but outside of that, it's a nice place. The air-conditioning and heating is maintained expertly and I never have to complain about it being to hot or cold in the mall. Everything is pretty well sized. I really can say, if I lived closer, I'd go here more often.
