It's nice on surface, there's no regular maintenance and if you report an issue they don't ever call back. The prices are fair for the space and it is a great location.

The people in the office are extremely helpful and worked with us when we bought our house to get our apartment rented so we wouldn't have to pay rent and a new mortgage. They are awesome. The price is great for the location.

BEAUTIFUL landscape and huge pond with so much wild life. Courts right next to the pond & everything is so well kept. I'll be staying here for a long time! Definitely underpriced for the location & quality. Maintnence is so wonderful, quick, friendly & trustworthy. Just got a new fridge put in after we moved in too ♡ I could go on and on. P.S. just read some other comments, I've been here for months and I've only seen 2 spiders..if they're bugs, thats the tenants not the apt.

The outside appears to be very well kept up and I love the Canadian geese that roam the grounds although have to be very careful because they don't move out of your way very easily!

    Bed Bugs!
Just moved into a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment here. The apartment came with many issues including bed bugs in which we found a half month into living here. I was blamed for bringing them into the apartment. I previously talked to the health department and they said that we should not be that infested only a half of month into moving here. The office was reluctant, but they did pay for the initial exterminator. Fast forward to a full month after move in. I regret signing the lease. I asked to move without a penalty and they did not comply. When I moved in there was pee on the seat of the toilet, spit and toothpaste in the medicine cabinet, and mold in the fridge and the dish washer. Our washing machine was broken and the sink in the bathroom was leaking. When talking with Tonia, the manager, she was trying to be friendly, but she did talk over me a lot. The office staff is nice, but they are afraid of Tonia so they will sound rude. I feel bad for the staff. I have pictures of the mess and the bed bugs. I also have a voice recording of her talking over me. Yet again this was a terrible move. I am not saying that you will experience the same misfortune that I have, but be aware that this problem could happen to you if you live here.

Wow, office staff very rude. Waited to be greeted for about 5 minutes. During tour, the leasing agent left us in the apartment, she walked out! We weren't finished viewing and she left. I asked if she was in a hurry and she replied, and I quote"Yes I have people moving in soon". So the future tenants aren't important, just the ones who are moving in, whom I am sure aren't going to leave because they're waiting to sign a lease for a few minutes. She also treated us like we wouldn't be able to afford the rent. Don't go there in comfortable clothing such as jeans and a shirt or you won't matter. She didn't give information willingly. I had to continue to ask questions. She made me feel I was wasting her time. I asked for a business card and she said she didn't have one. Then I asked for her name. She hesitated as if I couldn't know who I was talking with. Weird. That experience alone made me go to Fox Hill Glens. 5 times better.

Comfortable living, but make sure you ALWAYS have a recorder on you if you visit the leasing office. It will come in handy later.

The women working there are absolutely rude. They will try to evict over one $50 late fee even after you've paid full rent. I regret ever coming to live here my apartment has bugs crawling around, when I addressed the outbreak, told one of the property managers she rolled her eyes at me then told me it didn't need to be exterminated. Handed me traps as if that would solve all the problems.. I HATE IT HERE!

I absolutely love it here. My apartment is modern and very cozy. It's so quiet that I forget I have neighbors.
The rent is super affordable for all the amenities that are included.

Called me because their online system bounced my rent payment even though I had changed the bank account information before they took out any money. Usually I would just say ok, pay the fee, and be done with it, but the woman (DJ) was SO RUDE that I hung up on her! This is probably the worst management I have EVER dealt with. They are rude, unprofessional, and are only nice until you sign a lease! DO NOT LIVE HERE.
