Terrible experience from start to finish. The house I rented was filthy inside at move-in. Whenever anything broke (water, heating in the dead of winter, sewage backing up, etc.) they moved extremely slowly to get anything repaired, did not seem to care about any issues, and often sent repair people that left me all day with no notice when I took off work to meet them.
Additionally, they have no online pay methods and will not accept cards or cash in person. You have to either do a direct deposit from your bank to theirs or bring in a money order.
Finally, they had the nerve to charge me a carpet cleaning fee out of my deposit when they were fully aware that the house was disgusting (especially the carpets!) when I moved in and I left it in infinitely better condition than I found it.

When we moved to Texas we placed our house for rental with Dees and Tyndall. Every experience we had dealing with them was excellent. They placed renters in the house within a week. Funds were delivered to us promptly. Repairs were done in good time and for reasonable rates. When we decided to put our house up for sale after a year of rental, they were very accommodating, arranging cleaning and repairs for us promptly, which were completed according to our sales schedule. I could not recommend them any more highly.

I called to ask about an apartment and the lady that answered had an attitude as was acting like I was "bothering" here about calling to ask about an apartment. I just informed her that I changed my mind about the place because of her attitude. If you work for a company and is answering the phone to represent them you should be more friendly and willing to answer questions asked instead of saying "just look online" . I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone.

This agency honestly only cares about getting their rent every money. The house I lived in was nice but had issues. On move in day the screen door fell apart on the front door. The bathroom sink was stopped up. The house got all new windows before I moved in and glass was left everywhere around the outside of the house. I was told I didn't have a septic tank that was a lie and my toilet flooded and I had dirty water coming out of my bathtub. My house was broken into and they tired to blame me for it and state that I left my doors unlocked. Its been a little over a month since I moved out and I haven't receive my deposit. They stated that the property manager is the only one that deals with deposits. Well this woman is hard to track down its like she's never there. I've called multiple times and they keep saying she's not there she will call me. I even showed up at the office and she was on her lunch break. I'm going to keep calling and showing up until I get some answer about my money.

Our family and dog rented from this company for 1 1/2 years and had no issues. We had an issue with heating/air and they were there to fix it within a day. Upon moving out we did a through clean top to bottom, mowed the grass and had carpet cleaned by professionalswe got our entire security deposit back. Bottom line if you pay your rent on time, have a little patience with maintenance and clean really well when you leave you should have no issues.

I have been renting from this company for 2 years with almost no issues. When the owner came back from serving over seas and wanted to take over the property again, this is when the rental angency dropped us half way through the month after we paid for the whole month. Our air conditioning unit happened to break and they refused to help fix it after taking our money. They were still legally responsible for managing the property for the remainder of the month, yet we received no support. But they will gladly take our money, but will not help us fix the property.

Less than that. I DO NOT recommend anyone to use this company. They are messy and tell you they are sending people for maintenance and/or repairs and they not show I. Took a month to just get someone out here. Took 6 months for them to get an ongoing issue fixed after calling on more than one occasion. Once I move ill never rent from them again and if you don't want to live in an old home with issues that they don't want to repair don't use this company. They let their properties come down to nothing and don't want to spend money to fix. I tried to look pass and really like the place it after dealing with the same issues and getting lied to and treated like dirt. This is NOT a professional business.

I previously rented from this company. I was a tenant in a very sought after neighborhood. I lived in the home for almost two years when my company promoted me and I had to move to another city. My rent was paid on time, every time. My family and I took care of the home as if it were our own. We have a rental property ourselves so we understand the importance of taking good care of a property. My husband took great pride in the upkeep of the homes exterior to include
Power washing, replacing the mulch, fertilizer, and cutting grass and hedges. We completed the move in check list and took pictures when we moved in to document the home. We had to clean it before moving in.last tenant left it dirty. We also listed all the broken objects.dishwasher didn't work well, closet doors broken, carpet stains/rips, etc. All this was in vain because the property manager kept the entire security deposit including the pet deposit minus $60. I was astounded to get my check. I contacted them and all I was toldemail me with your concerns and we will review it. WelI I did that and still haven't heard anything. But we have contacted a lawyer with before and after pictures, and copies of the move in sheet. I hope nobody else makes the mistake of going thru this less than professional company. The home and grounds..they do not. If you are looking to hire this business as a property manager.you probably would like them to actually inspect your property. Maybe I could have had a chance getting my 1500$ back in that case. Renters and buyers BEWARE!! I have also informed my companywhich had previously recommended them as a business to utilize, no longer do they advise people to utilize this business. Did I mention I work for a VERY large corporation.

Me and my fiancee just recently moved out and I have to quote that this is far beyond a HORRIBLE agency. When we first moved in, the dishwasher was not working and one of our bathroom lights was not working and the bathroom door did not lock at all. We had called and made several complaints about the houses situation. But was completely ignored from time to time. My fiancee and I always made sure THE payments were always paid ON TIME!!!! NOT ONCE HAVE WE MISSED OUR MONTHLY RENT. In the end, turns out as soon as the lease was up they made several excuses as to why our deposit cannot be given back to us. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO rent from them. They do not care about their clients at all. All they care about is just your money. If I had read reviews from those who posted before me. I would have NEVER RENTED FROM THEM.
