From start to finish, they were professional, very responsive, and a pleasure to work with, and the quality of the work and professionalism of the installation team were stellar. I must share that after meeting with several roofing companies over the course of a few weeks and fielding estimates left and right, our experience with Clear Choice was by far the friendliest of all of them. Clear Choice was the first company to reach out and to schedule me in for an estimate. Gavin, the owner, showed up at the time promised and gave us an honest, no-nonsense estimate. He walked us through what the entire claim process would look like and left us with a terrific impression. He was prepared and professional. We would've hired him on the spot if we didn't have some more extensive damage needing to be done beyond the roof replacement that he admitted was not part of their services. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a simple roof replacement. Gavin is terrific.

It's a roofer's market in Austin right now after the winter weather and hail we've had this year. Clear Choice will ghost you and not return calls if there's any doubt that your insurance company will pay out for a new roof. I get it, there's easier money to be made on clear cut total roof replacements. But they won't tell you that and will instead let you figure it out on your own.

They were very helpful and responsive before it became clear that the insurance company was going to dispute their original assessment.

Even though the supplier goofed up supplying with wrong shingles at the last minute, You said you will take care of it and I remained calm knowing that you will take care of this and you did. I have used Clear Choice Roofing before for a previous house I lived in and for my current house when we first bought it. They have always been very professional and they do great work. Danielle made every part of the process so much easier from scheduling supplies for the job, to the color of the shingles, scheduling for the job to be done, and sending me the invoice for my insurance company. The entire process was very smooth. I can honestly say that they did a great job, and I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I reached out to Clear Choice after a neighbor referred me to them on a Sunday night. Gavin responded 1st thing Monday morning. Came by when he said he would, inspected my roof, advised what needed to be done, and how much it would cost. I agreed to the price and work and he and team returned later that day to make needed repairs. Gavin is extremely professional, prompt & was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. He went above and beyond to ensure other parts of the roof were okay and provided an extra seal to the shingles since its cooler outside. This is a service offered by his competitors, but at a significant price. If you need a new roof or just minor repairs, stop looking and call Clear Choice! You will be glad you did!!

My husband and I were very thankful for Gavin at clear choice roofing. He was flexible in setting up an appointment time, and was very friendly and professional. He came to conduct a free inspection on our leaky roof after the hurricane storms. He was very honest and said that it didn't seem like we had any breaks in the roof needing repair or replacement, explaining that our previous leak was likely due to the sudden accumulation of rainfall in one area. He performed some general maintenance on the area (hammering down shingles, applying sealant, etc) to prevent any future leaks and also made some great recommendations. We will definitely be calling him if we have any future roofing needs!

The price we got was very fair for the high quality products and service we got! The crew came out the next week and did our entire roof in one day! Showed up on time. Spoke to the owner and Adam. They made the process effortless. Workers were on time and did a great job. Cleared the yard of all debris and I have found no nails anywhere.

Roof looks great even better than before now with lifetime shingles. Pleasure doing business. Would recommend.

If I could rate 10 stars I would. I'll start this out by telling you right now to book them for whatever roofing need you have and you can read why below.

I called Clear Choice at the recommendation of a neighbor who was having massive roofing problems in a brand new house built by the same builder (and at the same time) as my house. The builder had been refusing to come out and repair the roofs so I called to make an appointment to get something official to force them to honor my warranty and fix the roof.

I spoke to Suzy (hope I spelled that right), who is their receptionist and appointment scheduler. This woman is just the sweetest and kindest person who ever graced picking up a phone. You can tell she really just wants to help solve your problem by getting their guys out to you as soon as possible. Less than 10 minutes later, I had my information entered into their system and an appointment scheduled the same week. They are incredibly flexible (within normal work hours), and will find an appointment that fits best with you.

For my appointment, Gavin came out and did a free inspection and wrote a report for me to give to my builder to get their butts moving! Again, this was free. This gentleman took time out of his day and came out to help me light a fire under my builder for FREE. He truly cares about making sure quality work is done, no matter if it was his company that did it or another. He was so thorough I asked how much he would charge me to come back out after the fixes were done to ensure those were done right and he told me nothing. NOTHING! Nothing but a review. Gavin is just the best, period. Hire his company right now. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I received prompt friendly courteous service from the nice woman who answered the phone to the owner of the company. They were on time for our appointment, listened to my needs, and immediately completed the work in a timely manner. Then they cleaned up everything before reviewing the work with me.
