They will trick you into buying furniture during their "sales" that end tomorrowwhen really they seem to offer the same discount everytime I've bought something. I don't like the dishonest sales people but the product quality is good.

Jane is exceptional person to deal with. We bought two sofas and a dinning room set and she saw to our every need. There was a problem with a section of one of the sofas and they promptly replaced it. We have purchased several items in the past years here and had no issues. Highly recommended.

When you're visiting this store, I think it's okay to "shop customer service reps" until you find someone you like to work with. I have found that the service is very dependent upon the seller. Jane is low-pressure, knowledgeable, and probably one of the nicest salespeople I've ever encountered. She worked with us until we got a financing package that was right for usand it was no easy feat on her part! However, I returned on a day when Jane was not there, and Julie "helped" me in her place. Perhaps Julie is a new employee, which is understandable, but besides her lack of expertise, she was also rude,frustrated, and combative with other employees who were working that day (supervisors?). These other employees were just as unprofessional and could not have cared less about my business. So, visit the store for their wide and beautiful range of furnishings, but take your time when selecting someone to work with you.
