I hadn't been to this store for a LONG time so I thought I would stop by. I was greeted by a very friendly young man before even going into the store. He asked me if I needed any help, I was just browsing so I thanked him and went on looking. The young man who checked me out was very friendly. Even though he made a mistake in my checking out he apologized several times and then fixed it. The store was VERY nice and had more than just plants and dirt.. Prices were fair. I will be back very soon.

I drove out of my way to support a small local business but was sorely disappointed. Their customer service is the reason I go to Lowes for my garden needs and won't be back. I went looking for sod earlier in the year. I was told by a woman who appeared to either be a manager or an owner that they do not carry sod nor did they have any of "that blue stuff you spray" (whatever that it is). The exasperated way she conveyed her lack of ability to help indicated she had been asked for sod a lot this past Spring. Perhaps that should give the owners an indication there might be a demand for such an item in Spring. She was not interested in why I needed the sod (fill in a bare spot, of course) so she didn't offer any other solutions like a bag of garden soil and some seed. I was a little taken aback by her lack of helpfulness and general attitude so I left, drove to Lowes, and bought some garden soil and grass seed there.
