Something is different at oggi's. The food was great as well as the service. To be honest I didn't really want to eat at this one after visiting eatting at the one by the airport. But surprise they were amazing.

Wait time for food isn't bad at all. The food was fantastic; i had the loaded Pizza fries and the pepperoni pizza. The fries were deliciously seasoned & had such great toppings (pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella, ranch, pizza sauce). Like nothing I've ever had before. Great beer also, I drink the Hoppily ever after IPA and it's flavorful and delicious. If you don't like loud though don't go Fridays because it was SUCH loud music and a lot of people. Lol great happy hour though. Couldn't complain

Terrible place! I definitely do not recommend it!!!! My family and I went in yesterday and we were all very disappointed. No customer service what so ever! This place must be a front because they do not care if they lose their customers. We will gladly take our money elsewhere.

I have been here on multiple occasions and typically have fair service. And I'm not one to typically complain about restaurants as I work in one. But I have to say I went for dinner on 9/11 And had the worst service. We ordered an appetizer. And we had to ask for it when our meals had already came out. Since that was the next time we saw our server. But also when our meals did come out we only got 2/3 we ordered. I had to track down another server and she went and checked and came told us that it would be ready in few minutes. We had already waited a good 15 mins for it. They pretty much forgot to make the meal. Also I think this guy was a manager, Well instead of checking on tables and making sure ALL of his guests in the restaurant are taken care of he spent time on his phone for 35-40 mins sharing pictures and comments with 3 guests at the bar or stood against the wall texting. I get that this is a casual and laid back environment. But the whole thing was too casual.

Service was horrible. The worst. Waitress intentionally avoided us the entire time other than to take our initial drink order. Mind you, we were there to have a few drinks and to eat. The bartender Sarah had to come from behind the bar on several occassions to see if we needed anything probably because she saw our frustrated faces. Despite Sarah's efforts, I have to give this place 2 stars. Their food was tasty though.

The staff was friendly but rather inattentive, the burgers we had were terrible! Although we ordered medium, the pattie was dry, hard and tasteless. I'm definitely not going back for the food! Better have a burger in In and Out and then just go for a beer

First time visiting the restaurant in Eastlake. Food was great. Service Horrible!!!
Server Andrew, never smiled, did not write down the order, my husband asked if he was going to remember the order? Server just nodded yes, needless to say, he forgot to bring the appetizer, then he forgot my husband's meal! Then server sat down to eat himself in front of us, while my husband was waiting for his meal! Someone else finally brought my husbands meal, by that time we were done eating.
Andrew, never came back to ask us if everything was ok, never asked us if we needed our drinks refilled.
Never apologized for forgetting the food, still no smile while delivering the check!

So, I do not rate a restaurant five stars unless they absolutely deserve it, meaning everything from service to cleanliness to the food they serve is excellent. I've been to this place enough times to know that they almost always get the order right (sometimes I have requests that can get a little detailed), and the food is always very good.
The wait staff is usually very friendly and attentive. I say usually, because on a few occasions we've had to wait longer than we consider reasonable for a side item we've requested or simply for a waitress to come by and see how we're doing.
The beer here is excellent and if you don't like the offerings from Oggi's, they also serve beers from a few of the other popular local breweries as well.
My favorite items from the menu are the pizzas and the salads. If burgers are your thing, they make some pretty good ones.
I love the outdoor seating area for those hot days.

The left side has bar tables and flat screens all over to watch games, the right side is good for sitting down with the whole family. They even have a couple of arcade games in the back corner for the kids. Good food, good drinks, good times.

Service was perfect. Server wasn't over attentive, but was around any time we needed him. Great recommendation on the brownie dessert! Thanks for the night out, we will be back!

I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. There were 4 of us two ordered custom burgers. The food was well prepared and beautifully plated. All of our dishes looked delicious and tasted great! It was our first time at Oggi's and it wont be our last. Great service, cant find anything to complain about.
