Ordered 3 plants april 2nd. Called and emailed them third week may to ask where my plants are. I got no apology for delay, but said they would ship by end of week. That never happened. Finally ask to cancel and refund me. That they did. Patient I am, but bs i do not like! And business owners should be apologetic when you "forget"an order. will never use again!!!

I was very happy with their selection of plants, but disappointed in the service. I knew that the plants would not ship until the weather was decent, but over a month later, after a week of very nice (70's) weather, I emailed to ask for an update. I never got a response, and was starting to wonder if the company was a fraud, since they had charged my card over a month before. The plants did eventually come, probably because I filed a complaint with my credit card company. The packaging was very good. One of the plants was a bit smaller than expected (under an inch), there were some serious spider webs in one of the plants, and several had major weeds with them. Besides that, the plants seem very healthy. It's too bad, I was looking for a greenhouse to send repeat business to, and if they had bothered to respond to my email this would likely be a four star review, but their service was really lacking.

This is such a cool place out in the middle of no where. Nursery and container gallery outside with a gallery inside of what used to be an old hotel.

Just received my latest order. As always, the plants are superbly wrapped and packed, they are a great size for the price, and arrived when expected. Glasshouse Works also added a bonus plant (standard for them)--this time it was Begonia Cathedral Windows, a very unusual variety which is not always easy to find or propagate.

Yes, I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to root some of the more unusual begonias for me, but as always it was worth it! They cannot be beat for quality, selection, and service! They are always the first nursery I check when looking to add plants of any sort to my collection!

I also had a terrible experience with this company. Ordered some terrarium plants and paid for two day shipping, but the plants took over a week to get here (south TX in August). More than half were dead, and the rest very weak. Took forever to actually get a person on the phone. Then I was told that "oh, we're not even supposed to be shipping to TX this time of year" WTF. SOMEONE shipped them to me. Someone took my order, packed it, addressed the package and shipped it to TX.
I was not reimbursed for the shipping cost, and only offered store credit. Like I want to order more from them. So disappointing since the selection on their website seems so cool.

Worst experience ever. Had to wait 3 month for my order! Was not notified when they shipped it. When received the plants 2 of them were dead. They promised to send a replacement but never did. The other 4 plants that remained were so weak that I had to throw them away.
