  I Order from this place all the time usually a good experience. This time i got a buffalo chicken calzone and the chicken was gross and rubbery almost if it wasnt cooked. Called to get a refund and the phone call was unreal. The owners son explained how the chicken was cooked and it was not raw. Then passed me to the owner who explained the same thing. The whole time i said multiple times that it was rubbery and tasted raw not that it was raw. The owner kept speaking over me which was rude and i kept asking her to stop but she would continue to speak over me. Then she was going to refund me but wanted the calzone back even the half eaten pieces which was odd. All in all i will never eat at this place i will spend my money elsewhere. Also waiting for my refund and the food that i left outside for them to pick up.

  I ordered a large and small sub got 2 small subs that were dry and the bread was stale wouldn’t recommend

  First- I rarely post reviews but this place deserves special attention. I know it won't change much but their behavior deserves a forever presence on the internet!
  
  We're new to the area and decided to order food from here. There are a bunch of stores nearby, so after some trial and error, on their OWN app, I find the store that delivers to me.
  
  After the whole process of email verifications etc, I am able to place the order. I get charged immediately. Minutes later I get a call from a guy adamant that I ordered from the wrong location. I apologized (not sure why) and said that was the location that said it delivered to me. He was short and rude and said "well I'm not sending a driver out there to deliver food. It's not going to happen." He was immediately rude and was acting like this was my fault. I then said verbatim "well that kinda sucks. I really wanted the food. You should probably talk to the app people because the app says this is the store that delivers to me." His was response was to hang up. I called back multiple times looking for his name to complain. He just kept disconnecting the call. When I finally did talk to him his just spoke over me and said he wouldn't deliver. When he finally let me speak I told him I just wanted his name. He said "I own the whole store." I responded "well then you shouldn't be ashamed to give me your name then?" He said "it's not important" and hung up.
  
  I called a little later and a woman answered. I said "I understand you can't deliver the food but all I would like is the name of the person I spoke to as he was very rude." Her answer was "I'm the owner" and then she hung up on me!! This is beyond crazy and actually comical!
  
  Quality people! They are rude but refuse to own it and give their name. Not a place I will ever do business. Congrats Giovanni's!

  Terrible. Dryest roast beef ever and even managed to ruin waffle fries Like how do you even manage that? Never again, liberty Bell is so much better

  Ordered just now, and extremely unhappy. I ordered a steak tip dinner, and 2 chicken and steak tip combos, $50, and I got an incredibly small portions. What a joke. 3 pieces of steak in all the dinners, and incredibly small portions of fries. I called the store, spoke to the supposed owner, and she didn't want to do anything about it. We've been ordering from here for years, and I don't think we'll be coming back ever again. You call this a dinner?

  The staff was amicable and the cheese pizza (with added toppings) that I ordered was great. Excellent turnaround time too!!

  Always friendly staff and foods delicious every time. My picky kids love this place and Im addicted to the honey bbq steak tip salad and roast beef subs!!

  Never in my life have a had such awful food! I used to love giovannis in methuen but now I'm not sure. The sandwhich was soggy and disgusting and the French fries had no taste! I threw the whole thing out, waste of money!

  Fast, fresh, friendly and priced right! My wife, three kids and I went to grab lunch after jumping at Altitude. We were hungry so we ordered a large pizza, Chicken kebab salad and kids chicken finger plate. The pizza was perfect, no napkin dabbing needed to sop up grease. The salad was fresh and piled high with mounds of tasty grilled chicken kebab. The kids menu chicken finger plate was packed with golden brown chicken breast and a boat load of yummy fries. I had no idea how much food we were going get. Needless to say we left Giovanni's with a 1/2 of pizza along with chicken fingers and fries. The food came out fast, food was delicious, and the staff very friendly. Great experience for me and my family.
