Great experience purchasing my Ford Explorer. Also, the service department was great. They were very thorough and kept me informed on the status of my repair. Defiantly recommend them!

Awful experience. Was looking at a 2008 Ford Ranger. I live over 2 hours away. The truck looks nice online, but I've been bit before. So I strike off to see it. Finally get there. Go look at the truck and of course it's not quite as nice as advertised. Still a good looking little truck, but not for what they are asking. Anyway the wife and I take it for a little test drive. We notice a slight vibration in the steering wheel. No big deal, probably just a tire out of balance. I'm a fairly competent mechanic and knew that's what it was. So when I get back our salesman (Buddy Underwood) asked how we liked the truck. So I told him about the shake and he proceeded to tell me that "it's been sitting for about a week and that's what it is, and once the tires heat up that will go away." Now after having been on 2 deployments with the Navy and having multiple vehicles sit for 6+ months at a time, I can assure you that it wasn't "just a flat spot on the tire." Instead of saying "oh yeah we will get that looked at." He proceeded to pull something square out of his hind end thinking I would just let it go. Wrong. Don't try and pull the wool over my eyes. Just be up front with me. As soon as he said that the wife and I hopped into the car and drove home. I suggest you just stay home yourself if you're deciding to go to Gilland Ford.

Great Sales staff. Quick friendly service. I saw the car I wanted, and didn't get the "let me show you something better" speech. I am 8 for 8 in satisfaction when buying from Gilland, They acted like they were willing to sell a car and not just grab my money. Glad I did business with home town folks.

Great experience! Friendly and knowledgeable sales team. Very good selection which they allowed me to look over without being pushy. They worked hard to get me better terms than I hoped for. Openness and honesty through the whole process made me feel very comfortable. I will go back for my next vehicle. Thank you Team Gilland!
