The service department is outstanding. I have a 2014 GMC Sierra Z71 that I bought new at Action in Dothan but I have had most of the services done at this dealership in Enterprise. I have always dealt with Frank and he has never tried to up-sell me on a service that wasn’t needed. I have really enjoyed my truck but I recently had a major issue. On my way to work one morning my truck had total A/C compressor failure. My compressor locked up and was destroyed along with my belt. My truck was no longer under the 36,000 mile factory warranty because I now had 51,000 miles on it. I read online that this cost anywhere from 1200 and up to be repaired. I was super upset that I would have such a major issue like this on a truck that’s only a few years old and with this low of mileage. I did not buy an extended warranty when I purchased the truck so technically it was on me to pay the repair bill. I contacted Frank in the service department and he had me bring it in the next morning. It was fixed by lunchtime and Frank assisted me in getting GM to pay for most of the repair. I did pay some out of pocket but they covered most of the costs. I could not believe that they took care of me like this. Thanks Frank, Action GMC, and GM for standing behind your product and taking care of your customers!

The service was exceptional. They took care of me like I was family. No need to look any further for someone to repair my vehicle in the future. Action GM of Enterprise is the only place I and my family will shop for a new vehicle, and the only place I will take my vehicles for Repairs!!!!!

Roxie Burdeshaw and Action of Enterprise have earned all my car buying business from now on. Roxie got the deal I wanted on the Buick I wanted with no drama and no wasted time at the dealership. Roxie worked overtime to complete the deal over the phone and delivered my new car to me at home. I never had to step foot on the lot. I won't buy a car from anyone else.

Purchased a used 2014 truck from Action this past week. When I came (from 2 HOURS away) to buy the truck it was still FILTHY from the past owner & the windshield was chipped. They agreed to replace the window & deliver the truck. I went home, found out a few days later we were able to pick up our fifth wheel camper that week. Called & changed plans with Action, they said ok. Plans changed with the camper. Called Action back to see if they could still deliver. Barlyn said NO because they didn't know about the windshield before & since they're putting money into the truck they wouldn't deliver now. FINE! My husband is deployed to Honduras for a year. I load my 3 kids back up & drive the 2 hours down there, pick up the truck. When I get back home (in GA) I realize the truck has NO paper plate on it & I have no check to take to pay the taxes! I went to look in the glove boxstill has trash from the previous owner. Lift the middle console..still has trash & sand from the previous owner, look in the door cubby..looks like it still has spilled coke dripping from under the plastic! REALLY? They has a WEEK to clean & replace a windshield! The ONLY person I would recommend from Action would be Aimee Moore. Barlyn might have been who I talked to on the phone TWICE & handed me keys ONLY during pick up. But he did NOT sell us this truck Aimee is the one that sat with us on a Saturday & sold us (my 3 children & I) this truck. If it wasn't for my husband wanting this truck I would have walked away. Thank you Aimee for all your continued help!
