Don't know about the dealership but the service department has been horrible. I have taken my F-150 there for a couple of years and have so far received sub standard and overpriced service. Case in point, got new wheels (larger size) and took their service department for re-programming. Got charged over $80 and the speedometer and odometer readings were still way off. After taking it back they admitted to me that the truck couldn't be programmed to the new wheel size (which was a Ford product). They also admitted that they should have Given me that information ahead of time, but still refused to reimburse me for having performed the wrong service. They were poorly trained at best and DISHONEST at worst. Maybe both. Needless to say I will never seek their service again and recomend that you do the same. Stick with your local unaffiliated mechanic.

Terrible service. Never answers the phone, employees are clueless. Would rather drive all the way to Dothan to Bondys Ford before going to Ed Sherling.
