It's really close and convenient for me. Although its' not my credit union I use them because they are shared branch. I like that fact that its never crowded when I go. I speak to all the tellers and they are friendly to me. However, if they weren't I wouldn't care. Just me.

I've been in several times in the past couple months. Each time the tellers are not friendly at all and do not make me feel welcome. All I do is drop off checks every now and then to have them deposited into my checking account and they act like it is the biggest inconvenience to them, even thought it is a simple part of their job. I have no idea what the problem is with these people. At first I thought it was an isolated incident, everyone has bad days now and then so I didn't hold it against the teller. But it has been every time with multiple tellers. It just isn't pleasant being there and I will now go out of my way to visit a different credit union.

This branch isn't the friendliest of branches. One teller in particular, Latonya (i believe) never has a smile & has an unwelcoming aurora about her. Steve, the branch manager is pretty efficient. If there was a close branch to my home, I would go there first.
