Had a bad experience recently to be exact 9/23/17. I had an appointment scheduled with technician Tu for a pedicure and S&S manicure. I get there early patiently wait because I am early. So my appointment was at 12:30, after sitting there until 12:53 without anyone acknowledging me, I ask Tracy ( rude owner) what time was my appointment to be exact just in case I got the time wrong. She yells 12:30 I look at the time and sit back down. So at 1:00 my technician ask me to come back to get started on my pedicure. I noticed nobody was coming over to do S&S on my nails and asked the technician was someone coming. She says Tracy the owner say they are too busy for me to get both services at the same time. I asked why didn't she mention that to me when I sat there for 30 minutes and no one communicated that to me. She replied " I don't know Tia" I'm pissed at this point but not upset with Tu but the owner because she does little things all the time when I come there and I blow them off because I really don't like drama. Well it's now 1:30 and Tracy comes over to Tu and tells her she has another customer waiting on her, Tu responds it will be another 35- 40 minutes before she can do. So me thinking to myself, what's wrong with this picture. When I came in and waited 30 minutes for Tu the only thing Tracy said to me that my appointment was at 12:30 because I asked her. But this white lady comes and and nownyou want Tu to not only hurry up and finish my pedicure but you don't like the fact that she told you the other lady had to wait. I spend a decent amount of money when I go to this establishment but I don't like being treated unfairly. So my tech completed the service I head to checkout and notice the white woman waiting for Tu was being helped. Tracy starts the lady manicure and Tu sits down to do her pedicure. So now I'm really upset because I was told they were too busy to do a S&S manicure for me. I felt like my money didn't spend the same so I will not be back under no circumstances. Hell will freeze over first. I've been going to this salon for 4 years and it's not the same. I will miss Tu she does a great job and she's nice but I will not spend another dime there to support someone's business. If you're BLACK 🏃🏾 away they will treat you like crap.

Terrible now!!!!! I have live]d in this area for years and was a regular here for a few years when it first opened things were great but over the last two or three years I have gone out of pure convenience/location and every single time I have regretted it. Once they forgot to buff nails before adding clear coat so i got home and realized they were all bumpy, one i went and 3 nails broke off the very next day, last time i went the white portion of my oink and white was thicker than the pink so i had a large ridge on every nail. JUST AWFUL NOW OMG!!!!!

I have gone to this location many times. Most times (back in 2015) have been great experiences and very relaxing. This last time that I went about a month ago was not pleasant at all. The lady doing my tips was not thorough, and I could tell before I even left there the nails were not going to be quality. When I left and was able to take a closer look and was shocked at how poorly they were filed. Honestly, I think a five-year-old could have done a better job filing my nails. They were not squared-off evenly and they were not even the same length. I hate to see such a great place go downhill but they have definitely taken a turn. After one month, all of my nails have come off. I have never, ever had that happen. I thought about going back and asking them to redo their poor work, but decided it's not worth the drive. I will move on and find a better salon. I think you should

Excellent nail salon. Have been going here for past 2 yrs since moving to johns creek. The owner and the girls are all nice and very professional. They strive to maintain a relaxing spa like atmosphere. I've never had to wait for more than 5-10min and have never made an appt. Always walk in. I've had guests come with me for group pedicures and have always been accommodated in a timely fashion. Prices are reasonable. They never rush you. Pedicure with foot massage is great. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a beautiful relaxing spa like experience for a mani/pedi.

Beautiful space but the work is poor and rushed.
The techs are spoiled, disrespectful and rude. Especially the newer, chunky one with glasses - she will argue with you and sass back and say rude things when you ask for a different shape or to make an adjustment to her work.
Will cut you and watch you bleed and NEVER apologize or attempt to apply first aid or antiseptic. this has happened to me on numerous occasions. I'm a loyal customer of 9 years and tip extremely well because I like the owner Tracy. But there are too many new shops in Johns Creek now to deal with nasty attitudes and terrible work/customer service. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I've been coming here since 2006 and now I bring my daughter and her friends. Excellent treatment, awesome spa environment, great service. You leave feeling luxurious and pampered.
