Very roomy and and location is good. The place needs some updating and some repairs needed but otherwise it was comfortable

Not too many motels to choose from in Georgetown. Driving up to this motel we saw bed mattresses stacked against the front of the building in different areas. You would think they would have stacked them out of view?? After turning on the heat - hot water heating - we started having MAJOR sneezing fits. We met another couple staying at the motel who told us they were also having sneezing fits. After checking out the room to maybe find out what the problem was we found that the hot water heating pipes were in dire need of cleaning. The pipes were totally covered with dust and dirt. Turning on the heat had stirred it all up. Carpets also need washing. For the price of the rooms this motel needs more attention towards the maintenance.

Incredibly cozy and clean. Walking distance to good eats and drinks. Georgetown is a wonderful little town with a robust main street and the mountain inn is a great compliment to the whole place.

The room was clean the bathroom was recently remodled. The beds reminded me of the original mattress they would have brought up my horseback from the 1800's. The sheets were so thin you could literally see through them. They had heat. No a.c., windows only which is fine as long as everyone is quiet. They were super nice! It had a pool and hot tub I think.

Our home away from home. Service is excellent - Dan is an excellent host. The hotel has made some improvements over the past year with new flat screens and satellite TV. I highly recommend this property next time you are in or near Georgetown.

This is a beautiful hotel to stay at. Georgetown is a beautiful small town with a big heart. Everyone was so pleasant. They have a dog park across the street and if you are traveling with your dog this will come in handy. The view of the mountains from the hot tub was amazing. There are many things to do. They have a beautiful scenic train ride through the mountains. They are close to skiing and rafting. The shops and restaurants are charming. Dan checked us in and we stayed in the antique room and it was lovely. They had a hummingbird feeder and it was fun to watch them. Also don't miss gunalla pass and Mt. Evans.

The room was very nice and clean with a large bath room, loved all the wood and decor. All hotel staff were kind and helpful and I very much enjoyed the view of the mountains in the hot tub.

Located near downtown Georgetown and well priced. Found ourselves with a vehicle broken down near town and we were able to check in after hours around midnight. We stayed another night and the rooms were perfectly cleaned and fresh both times. They even let us check out late, at noon. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered options for camping and hiking near by at Guanella Pass. They also opened up the outdoor hot tub and indoor pool, with greenhouse panelling, for us. In Mid April it was quiet with only few guests staying at the Inn, none at the pool or hot tub. Our room had a double bed with a large handicap accessible bathroom. The bathroom had hand rails by the toilet and in the bath/shower combo. Table with two chairs, TV with cable, microwave and small fridge were also in the room. Note there was no air conditioning in our room, heat only. This wasn't a problem with cool weather. I definitely recommend staying here and would again the next time I found myself in Georgetown.

Great location near downtown Georgetown, where there are restaurants and shopping, also about 30-50mins away from all of the ski resorts. The best part though, is the room was a good price, spacious, and had 3 beds

Great place to stay for our ski weekend. Hotel is not fancy but is kept up well. Staff was nice and helpful. We stayed in the suite, which was very large and much nicer than it appeared on their website. Would definitely stay again.
