We should have started off here. Went to tavern across the street and it was so loud we didn't stay. Then we went to the camp restaurant and there was a 45 minute wait. We had a play to attend in 45 minutes. Went into George's diner had a beautiful prime rib dinner with all the fixings and great prices. We made it to the play on time Thanks for making our night George's diner

Expect a wait but the food is worth it! They make a phenomenal Hollandaise but what they are known for is their muffins! They are HUGE.
The service is slow but the food compensates and the prices are reasonable.

The food was excellent however our waitress and service stunk! After 30+ minutes I asked her if food was almost done because my 2 year old was falling to sleep she looked at me like I had 3 heads and said it should be done shortly. After we got our food she did not stop by table to see if we needed anything else. I had to get her attention by yelling across the restaurant. She brought over our french toast with no syrup.

They have great food. We had the pot roast and chicken pot pie they were so good and the salads were fresh made. Very good service too. Definitely going back when we are in New Hampshire for vacation again.

Always good food in a service friendly atmosphere!! The waitresses always make it fun and the kitchen is spot on making for fast service. I would recommend it any time of year.

Can see why the locals choose George'sfriendly waitstaff, yummy food. Had poached eggs runny on homemade raisin toast, came with small delicious beans and homefries.

Got a Turkey Club and my Husband got a buffalo chicken finger sub. Also got pot stickers for a starter. The food was great and our waitress was very pleasant. Our biggest complaint is it needs to be cleaned a ton of dust and cob webs witch is visually unpleasant.

Aweful food. Scallops were definitely frozen. The homemade stuffing was dripping in water. Did not eat the food went home to eat. Based on the reviews I expected good food. Maybe an off day.
