Expensive and not very good. The store staff was rude and not helpful. We went to Cartecy and it was so much better.

$20 + tax per person is a little steep for a tube and a drop off, but we were willing to pay it. But, the trip lasts 1 hr - 45 mins, so we wanted to ride twice, but they had no package for that. so 3.5 hrs on the river would have been $44.00 per person. Ive been to other places that have better deals and much better reviews.

What an experience for one! Don't bring young children under 13! The rapids got bad at one point my daughter was crying for her life. The staff was okay considering we showed up late. We seen 2 used needles floating along, one was capped one was not , Like what are we gonna get stuck and get hep c now? I was scared for my children's safety after I seen that and the rapids got rough . Aside from that, It was fun, nice at some spots real stressful at some. I flipped out once my niece says she about died, at the water fall which was supposed to be a slide? Idk water was too high to tell. Almost impossible to make it to the right at the end to get out. Needed a hand.

The staff were half friendly and half apathetic. The river is a nice spot for families to take young children. However, it is not particularly beautiful compared to other nearby options. The $20 price tag is a little bit steep considering what they have to offer.

We went August 2015 and the tour guide went off and left the daughter in the bathroom but the rest of the family had already boarded. When the dad realized she was missing, the driver refused to stop and go get her, and then both men got into a fist fight once the man finally pulled the bus over at the landing site. The police were called as the driver threw the first punch and pretty much instigated the whole ordeal. My young children were with us and were pretty upset over seeing this unfold in front of them. Super unprofessional and I'm hoping they fired this guy, but I doubt it..

My wife and I did the 3 hour tube trip. The staff was friendly and the tour was self guided. $20 for the trip included tube and transportation.
