"The Deli" is a Gambier institution, with a one-of-a-kind menu, great outdoor seating, and a great staff.

Very frustated with mistreatment of the customer in front of me. She asked politely if they didn't wear gloves here, and the employee, Stuart, did not reply but threw the cookie he was holding back into the case, and took her money out of the cash register, and looked for the next customer.

Thanks Jeanne! You made our sales meeting a huge success! The sandwich platters where a hit. Everyone was impressed with the quality and variety. The salad was fresh with a nice blend of ingredients (not boring). Your service was prompt and top-notch. Even talking with you several weeks in advance over the phone was a very pleasant experience where you helped me select items and quantities that would be appropriate. You even met our last minute decision to throw in coffee and muffins at the start of the meeting and exceeded our expectations. Thanks again - I am glad I had Gambier Deli cater our event.
