Only comic book shop in Champaign (at the time). Great and knowledgeable staff. this is a branch of a Chicago based comic store. Excellent selection of comics. No self-published or zines in this store. This is your Marvel/DC/Vertigo/Etc kind of comic shop.

The staff is very friendly, and they have a wide selection of comics. When I visited, the guy behind the counter asked me if I wanted a bag. Not all places do that. Again, there is a very friendly staff.

This store is simply wonderful. They fill a void in downtown Champaign that is necessary for the evolution of your soul! The staff at this shop know their stuff, anything they have recommended to me has been a good read. They are also clean and don't smell like feet like so many comic stores have. I am a collector of tokyo pop figures and this is the only place I shop at for them because they have a constantly rotating selection. Their graphic novel section has some of the best reads in comic book history and they will order you anything that you need to satisfy your collecting needs, in hardcover or soft. The location is prime because it is so close to the bus terminal it can easily be reached from anywhere.

I had a very enjoyable time at G-mart for free comic book day. They even had a comic (not free) that I have been searching everywhere for!

Staff was friendly and answered all of my questions and seemed happy and friendly.

Always friendly and helpful. Plus if you're new to the comic scene the guys here want to help point you to book you may like. Plus they are always looking out for you. They will offer advice on where to find that book your looking for and will order what you need.
