I went to Napleton's to get a new car with better gas mileage than my V8 Sequoia. Bob Rowe, Taylor and the whole team at Napleton's made the entire car buying process painless, comical and rewarding. I saw the car I wanted for a price of $11,000. Somehow when I went to sign the contract, the price had dropped $1500 without me even trying to haggle the price down. I was fully ready to pay the asking price and I feel that I got a really good car at a really good price. Going in I was nervous, driving out I was saving gas.

Excellent! When we walk in, Jeremy always greets us with a smile, knows who we are, what vehicle we have, and always makes us feel confident in his knowledge of our vehicle's needs.
He truly goes the extra mile for us as I'm sure he does for all of his customers.
He has a working knowledge of our Kia without even needing to look up information. THAT'S IMPRESSIVE!
It's rare these days to find someone that cares about doing their job with so much integrity and attention to detail, and not just concerned about getting a paycheck.

I purchased a new car at this dealer three weeks ago. I did not have a preference besides a budget when I started searching for a new car. So I checked out several different dealers and different cars. Among all dealers I met, Matthew and Derrick at Napleton's Auto Park are really outstanding. I understand that sales people have conflict of interest with their buyers. But when I was dealing with other dealers, I offered my best price, admittedly it was much lower than their asking price. Those scoffed , made fun of me or tried haggling intensively. But Matthew and Derrick were upfront and very patient. They kindly explained what they could offer and why. They allowed me time to think and didn't play that "this is a great offer but only valid for today" game with me. I had a wonderful experience at this dealer! And I absolutely love my new VW!

Nicki Wright in finance is wonderful. She explained how to cancel some extra insurance policies that I initially purchased with a new vehicle, that I later decided I did not want. I am not one to write reviews, but she made what I thought would be a hassle very simple for me. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. Any company that deals with customers would be lucky to have her.

This is a great place to get a new/used car! There is a ton of selection and great service! I would recommend Matthew Morales! He was so very helpful with everything! Understanding and patient. He wasn't pushy like other car places I've been to. He was genuine and down to earth. He found me the perfect car despite my low budget! He was seriously awesome! All the staff was extremely kind and had great attitudes! I'll definitely go there again for my next car!

We have been loyal O'Brien/Napleton customers for over 20 years, buying and servicing our cars here. Not the case anymore and we won't be referring friends and family here, either.

We walked in with every intention of buying a new car. Our sales person was pleasant and polite. It wasn't until Mitch Wilson came onto the scene that things took a turn. He was condescending, combative, and flat out disrespectful. Completely unprofessional and truly disappointing.

Reviewing only the Toyota service center, I can say that their staff are friendly and efficient. They do a good job at getting your vehicle in and out in a timely manner. They even offer complimentary "taxi" service to and from your work, home, or wherever in the Champaign-Urbana area.

Super friendly staff who are concerned for their customers' wellbeing. Although I live in a Chicago suburb, I drove down to Napleton to purchase my car. Bruce Andree checks in regularly to insure all is well with my Toyota. Knowing I live 2 hours away he offers suggestions in the Chicago area for me. He is awesome! If I ever need another car, I'll take the drive to Napleton. You should too.
