I love to buy jewelry for my wife. Over the years I've been to almost every jewelry store in or around charlotte county purchasing different kinds and styles of jewelry. It's the same routine no matter where you go but the main difference about westchester gold is the amount of selection that's available on hand. It could be just about any price amount you want to spend and they have something that could work. I also like how they have a jeweler who works there. Westchester Gold and Diamonds is like a cool museum. You can go in and see antiques and also find unique jewelry. Today I looked at old books with old etchings and also looked at fabulous emerald and diamond earrings. The biggest thing about Westchester Gold and Diamonds is the huge selection of diamonds and gold and especially all the Rolex watches. The people there are always nice, too, plus they have layaway.

This place is a joke, horrible service, they have no idea how to treat a customer. They are all sweet until you let them know that you're checking for prices, (anyone in this business should understand shopping around). Their offer on my antique ring was $85.00, it weighs 6.5 grams (14K). That is $13 dollars a gram!!! I had a previous offer on the ring (TODAY) for $190.00. The two women working with me turned their backs and I heard them say that no one would offer a price like that for it. Extremely rude, and basically threw the ring back at me. I will never step foot in that place again. I am not one to leave bad reviews but I don't know how they can sleep at night ripping people off the way that they do. I hope that this saves at least one person from walking through their door.
