No clue
I loved this place when we moved in, overlooking the high prices and flaws. Now that we are moving, however, things are popping up that make me want to get out of here and never come back. They are stating they never received my move-in checklist (which was turned in before I was able to receive my mailbox keys) and when I informed them I had a copy of it in my unit, they said they were unable to accept it because I might "write other things on there". So now I am out even MORE money to replace blinds that were damaged BEFORE I moved in (we moved in almost 2 years ago and this has not been a problem until a few days ago). What a joke. I'm not one of those scumbag tenants who would lie about something being broken. It's terrible that you can't trust people and have to tack on extra charges at the end of a tenant's stay. They're keeping my security deposit of $600 and having me pay an extra $1200 to break my lease early, but after paying exuberant rent for 2 years ($615 per month for a one bedroom) and this little number, they can keep it. I'm glad to be leaving.
Not a bad place to get an apartment, also not the best apartments either.
Expensive, trash disposal is a PITA,
Its so nice
Started off great. Had a really pleasant move in and now that the end of the month has come along with an automated payement already in place. Got an eviction notice. We got a notice while having aproved automated payement. Very poor at the moment. They better change
The management had my car towed saying it hadn't moved in three days and your car must move every 3 days (there is nothing in my lease saying my car must move every 3 days) and said my tags were expired which is not true. I have to pay tons of money to get my car out because I was on vacation when it happened and the tow company charges per day on top on the initial $100 fee for my apartment having it towed. The only response the management could tell me was if you decide to not renew your lease because of this incident then so be it. I don’t understand why they are towing people’s cars when there is never a parking problem where I’m located in the complex even. People live in apartments because it’s affordable but when the management does things like this it makes it very unaffordable and unfair to their residents who have lived here for several years. The management used to be good but it’s horrible now. You call to complain about a disturbance and they say you just have to call the police they can't do anything. The stairs on the back building haven't been painted in 6 years and are rusted the front buildings get sanded and new paint though. The pool/gym bathroom isn't clean and was out of toilet paper all day on Memorial Day. The gym is a joke, half the equipment is broken. I'm doing everything I can to get out of these horrible apartments. Save yourself the huge headache and don't move in here.
