The apartment complex is very nice and clean but the office staff has terrible customer service skills. The girls in the office are incredibly rude and they never have answers to the questions I ask. It is a safe and clean environment but I wouldn't recommend leasing from Lake Pointe to family members or friends..

Do not apply here unless you want to apply to a place that does not support our U.S. Troops. I Give Lakepoint 0 stars for not supporting U.S. Troops. I am a veteran and deployed and my boyfriend is also a veteran deployed here with me and when filling out the application he made a accidental typo on his social security. Lakepoint was not
willing to provide options for us U.S. Soldiers deployed overseas. So if you want to live somewhere that supports our U.S. Troops and Veterans then don't apply or live here.

Spent one year here and would not even consider having someone pay me to come back. Absurd fees associated with pretty much every visit to the office, didn't fix a leaking window in the bedroom the entire time I was there, maintenance will come in your apartment without asking and track nasty boot prints everywhere, terrible.

One of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. On the outside this place looks good and seems affordable however once you experience it for yourself, you'll realize it is not worth it. For starters, maintenance is terrible. Do not expect to have anything fixed in a timely fashion or fixed at all. I lived here for a year and constantly had things needing repaired but sometimes one maintenance staff would claim to have fixed something and it was not really fixed. I asked them multiple times to ONLY come when I was home and every single time they came during a time I didn't approve of. Second, I dealt with bugs all the time. Spiders, flies (abnormal amount), it was gross. Third, the office staff is incredibly incompetent. I advise you to always record your conversations with them because so many times they will each say different things. The twelve months we lived here we constantly had issues. Every month was something new. Walls are thin as paper, the grounds look nice but inside the older apartments there is mud, dirt, cob webs, EVERYWHERE. I understand it is outside but huge splashes of mud right by someones door, that's on the second floor? office rarely answers the phone. I cant tell you how many times I would try to call to put in a maintenance request and no one would answer the phone. I would have to drive up there and there be four girls just sitting there. I would not advise anyone to live here.

I love these apartments, but the biggest downfall is a the horrible parking situation! They need to give designated parking to tenants! 2 Parking spots per apartment! Designated guest parking and designated parking would be much appreciated! With that being said, the apartments are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, the closets have tier shelves, the laundry room is great from additional storage, and the first floor apartments, to have that walk out and back patio is amazing! Only downfall the parking is chaotic!

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year now. As far as apartment living goes, it has been great. We haven't had any issues. The staff in the office are very helpful, the apartments themselves are clean with nice appliances, and you can't beat the price! Overall, very happy with my experience here!

My husband and I are staying at Lakepointe temporarily while we search for a home. We were looking for someplace that was spacious enough to store our things and clean. It is both of those things. Additionally, all of the staff (office and maintenance) have been polite. The couple of maintenance issues we've had (nothing major) have been taken care of very fast. The grounds crew works all of the time and keeps things clean and tidy outside. We've had one issue with noise from an inconsiderate neighbor, but otherwise the apartments are generally quiet. I don't think the sound is due to thin walls, but from his ridiculously large sound system. My other complaint would be that there are no speed bumps in the parking lot and people drive especially fast throughout the complex. It makes backing out of the parking spaces a little scary. If I had children,I'd be concerned about their safety in the parking lots. Speed bumps would be an easy fix!

My fiance and I really enjoy our apartment. This is our first place and in the 1 year and 4 months of living here, we have had a pleasant experience. When we moved in, it was very clean, bright and overall stunning with the half moon window over our balcony door since we are on the top floor. The vaulted ceilings make it seem less like an apartment and more like a living room in a house. It is pretty good size. And I can't explain how happy I was when I saw the walk-in closet and the fact that we had our own laundry room. For me, that was something I really wanted. Management is really friendly and we have never had a problem with the maintenance crew. They usually leave a notice a couple of days before they know they will have to come in so you can either plan to be home at that time or just so you know that they will be there. I appreciate that. Haven't really found anything to complain about yet.. quiet, clean, easy. Pretty good

We have lived here for 4 years now and we like living here. Very peaceful and safe community for our son. The office staff are courteous and helpful whenever we have had to call them. The maintenance seems to be up to par and comes in a timely fashion, however we wish they would wear the foot covers as they are supposed to have available for requests due to the fact we do not wear shoes in our home. Also, I wish they wouldn't enter my home smelling of smoke due to my sons extreme asthma and allergies in which smoke is a trigger for him, this is quite unpleasant and unprofessional. Overall we have had a great experience here in the new construction of the community and we would rec' it to those in need of a nice apartment community.

I love this place! The apartments are beautiful, they have new appliances, can be painted as long as it's returned to the normal condition when you're done. The community is friendly and quiet. Very close to 125 and 32 so there's easy access to everything you could need. This place is really a steal for the price! Highly recommend!
