  Over priced and just going to say this (7) people ((Muslims) live in 1apartment the hallways stink would not move there

  When I found this place I was very pleased and excited to move in. It is a quiet place and seemed to look nice. The management friendly! However, I have not had the best experience so far.
  
  They are extremely sales oriented. Willing to say/do everything to get you to sign their contract. The leasing manager told me I could get a puppy, "don't tell her about it," and she wouldn't charge me. So I got one and got a letter in the mail about not telling them immediately and the charges I owed them. When I mentioned the conversation we had to other managers, one of them acted like it never happened. Made me "abide by the contract" which I was fine with. But as I was reading the contract, it says no pitbulls there are 4 in the building across the street, who do not have "service dog" jackets. Also, you can only have 2 dogs in total, weighing 70 lbs together. There are 2 people in my building breaking this rule and other rules.. but who got the short end of the stick? ME! If you want me to follow the rules, all tenants should. Especially with wearing a service dog jacket at all times.
  
  Told them we needed so many things fixed in our apartment when we moved in and only 3/10 have been fixed. Also, it is VERY outdated. Extremely old kitchen appliances. Very poor lighting/few light fixtures. When I asked the maintenance team to fix some of the things there response was "these are too old to fix."
  
  We turned in our rent early a month ago and because they didn't look at the drop off box, sent us an eviction letter after hours, and told us we had 2 days to move out. Of course, because they slid it under the door after closing, we couldn't get this situation fixed until the next business day. All we got was a "sorry!" after the checks had been found, even though we were in a panic on how this could have happened.
  
  I bought a kitty pool for my pup and put it on our balcony for her to play. After leaving it there for a few days I got another nasty letter saying I am not allowed to have a large list of things on my balcony. However, the "kitty pool" was written in. It does not say I cannot have one of my lease contract. When I called and asked what premises I would be allowed to have it at they answered my storage closet.
  
  They also tried to give me a bunch of fees for leaving dog poop on the ground, when I did not pick it up immediately- as there are not dog bbags provided every 10 ft. However, there is dog poop EVERYWHERE. I have called and complained but it still has not been picked up..
  
  I'm not sure if what I have encountered is just bad luck but every time I see them drive by I am nervous to get another letter of what I am doing wrong.

  Read a real review hereThe management are a bunch of children that can't count to 10. They will make it seem like you will get all the help you want when things go wrong. And they do for the first 2 months of living there and then they don't after that. we have had issues the whole time living here such as patio flooding everytime it rains, cabinets won't close all the way and appliances failing all the time, and right now they are trying to fix a leak in a water line in the building after 5 months of waiting and letting it become a bad problem. I had to make them do it by filing problems with them through the health department. This place is a joke I don't want anyone to experience this. BAD BAD BAD PLACE. Oh by the way when you go to move out they will make you pay them 1300.00 for the month they need to fix up the apartment. This place is the worse place I have ever experienced. Do yourselves a favor and stay away they bait and switch you with the club house do not fall for it.

  Everyone is professional and very nice. The apartments are spacious and clean with wooded areas throughout the community. We are new renters here so will follow this up with an additional review after we are here a little while!

  I lived here for about a year and enjoyed my stay. I chose this place as I was looking for something temporary while I transitioned to the Cincinnati area and preferred a short term lease. Management was quick to accommodate when I asked about a 3-month lease! They also offer month-to-month renting after your lease term is up which is convenient when you're considering moving again.
  I moved out of Fox Chase North due to relocating away from the Cincinnati area for work.
  
  Positives:
  The community is in a pretty great location: a minute from I-275 or Target/Kroger/restaurants; yet when you're inside the community it feels more secluded, which is nice.
  They're pet friendly, with doggy-pickup stations scattered throughout and a good sized fenced in dog park for off-leash play (though not many residents seem to make use of this unfortunately).
  Management was always nice and friendly, and the maintenance guys were quick to act and very courteous. Our dishwasher started acting up at one point and they replaced it the same day!
  Our unit had very new carpet and fresh paint, both bedrooms had walk-in closets, and a separate laundry closet off of the kitchen.
  There was plenty of parking, a short walk to take out the trash, and plenty of grassy area to take out the dog.
  
  Negatives:
  The appliances and cabinetry were fairly dated (the replacement dishwasher was brand new though).
  There are no sidewalks in the neighborhood, so when you go for a walk it's on the road. Moreso a comment on the residents some drive well over the posted 15mph speed limit in the area which adds some risk to walking.
  The gym is small - a treadmill, elliptical, stair climber, multi-station weight machine and free weights and a sauna. The equipment is all fine, just not enough to go around we tried to workout on a schedule, but found ourselves having to wait or come back later because the equipment was in-use.
  
  All in all, it's a good place to live. I never experienced an issue with management, received my full deposit after move out (after deducting the final water bill), and would consider returning there if I were locating to the Cincinnati area again.

  We did our due diligence before finding a place to live, and this place fit the bill for everything we needed. While the rent was a bit on the higher end, it definitely made sure the tenants were quality neighbors.
  
  The apartments are clean (I can't remember any pest problems), mostly quiet (hearing your neighbors in any apartment building is inevitable, but this was quieter than any other place we've lived), and the grounds are well-kept.
  
  Our maintenance requests, while small, were handled within 24 hours of submitting our request through the web portal. The only time this was brutal was during the hot summer where our AC cut out early in the day and wasn't fixed until early the next day, but it was still resolved within 24 hours.
  
  The office staff are polite and remember your name once they've met you a few times, which adds a nice personal touch to the whole experience.
  
  The only reason we ended up leaving after our 1 year lease was that we had a child due and needed just one more bedroom to make things work comfortably, which is something Fox Chase North just couldn't accommodate (because all units are more or less the same layout).
  
  So, while the rent may be higher than average, we felt that the price was justified because the area is quiet, clean, and the staff is quick and professional.

  This apartment complex is the worst place ever to live! Front office is rude and the maintenance crew is HORRIBLE! A child could do a better job then them. I have to call corporate to get a straight and true answer with any concerns or questions I have!!! They jack your rent up every year FOR THE SAME APARTMENT! You don't receive any perks! Everyone's apartment is priced differently even thought they are the SAME APARTMENT AND LAYOUT IN ALL OF THEM! The front office will make your feel welcome but as soon as you sign those papers, all they want is your money! There are other apartment complexes that are 10x nicer and CHEAPER!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!
