Overpriced furniture. Pulled us in with an ad claiming no interest for 2 years, yet found out it was only for mattresses. Picture without 2nd set of of cup holders is Furniture Fair. Other picture is sectional we purchased elsewhere for same price including the 2nd set of cup holders. No the sectionals are same model. I gave 2 stars based solely on the amount of display furniture available along with a couple stores in different locations. Do shop around first.

Just bought a LG 65 inch TV. Had to pick up the next day and when we get it home we found out that the screws were not in the box. So now we have a 4k 65 inch TV we cant watch till we get the screws!!!

First we were greeted and we informed the sales lady we were looking for a couch and she informed us it was mandatory she greet us and then she walked away. Then once we found the couch we wanted we were told by a different sales lady it was 7:58 and that they closed at 8 and her husband was expecting her and we would need to come back the next morning. Considering we were paying cash for a $1300 couch and needed no paperwork for credit the sale would have been completed in under 10 minutes. We have bought furniture from them for 20 years but will not be buying anything from them even tomorrow morning.

When you buy furniture you cant pick it up that same day you have to pay them to get it from the warehouse or take the floor display

Can't remember our salesman's name but he was pretty nice. A lot nicer when we decided to spend more money lolBut they did have the lowest price we'd found on what we were looking for, an adjustable base. Lower than the Rooms To Go outlet in Dunn.

Store manager did not honor the original agreed-upon price for a chair and ottoman. Sales associate was very nice but store manager rescinded the deal that he himself had approved. This is a bad business practice, Be careful about the deal you make.
