The worst place for treatment. I did five pages of ppw with my non dominant hand because the other hand was broken. I was taken back 45 minutes after my appt time. I was called the wrong name numerous times even though my name is on all of the ppw and its even on my uniform. My provider told me that he wasn't going to be doing my surgery because he's "busy." The front desk staff are rude. They literally answer the phone huffing and cut you off while you're speaking just go somewhere else.

Dr. de Araujo and the staff are awesome. My wife and I have both had to come here for issues pertaining to the military that they were more than happy to help with, even when some of our issues only involved clarification for base doctors. Quick service, smiling faces & relaxed atmosphere.

This place has gotten as bad as the ER at Wayne Memorial. The doctor I saw (Dr. Otavanni) had the nerve to tell me I wasn't in pain. My wrist is sprained and I had multiple contusions near my arm and when he did a mobility check I was vocalizing the fact that it hurt and he basically called me a liar. The staff don't care about you or your pain. Once they became apart of the Wayne Health Care system their service has plummeted. Save your time and money and go somewhere like Duke where they actually care about the patients!

Goldsboro Orthopedic is the only orthopedic office I have ever used. In my opinion, Dr. Pendraza is an excellent orthopedic surgeon.
fact, he is doing my upcoming knee surgery. The staff is very professional and friendly.
I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

The physicians are skilled, knowledgeable and have warmth and empathy. Their staff, while hired by the hospital are professionally and efficient. I have been in their care for 16 years and four surgeries. Exceptional care

Been a patient at this practice for several years. At first, the nursing staff was extremely helpful as well as the doctors. It seems, now that the practice became a part of the Wayne Memorial Hospital group, the staff and doctors attitudes less than helpful. Takes longer to get appointments, nearly impossible to get a warm body to answer the phone from the "press a number" answering system, not very patient friendly ability to pick up prescriptions, etc. Sorry to give this low rating but it has become very frustrating.

This place is an absolute joke. The rude office staff need some training on how to properly treat patients. I saw Dr. D and this guy is about as ridiculous as it gets. Rushing in not evening knowing my name and calling me by 2 different other patients names. He spent about 5 minutes with me told me I had a tear in my muscle and told me to go buy a brace.. Really! I guess I should have taken the reviews as a clue and driven 1.5 hours to the Duke science institute. Never again will I step foot in to any Dr.Office affiliated with Wayne. I should have just gone to work instead of this sad excuse as a doctors office wasting my morning away. I guess I will have to drive the extra hour to see doctors that actually have courtesy and bedside manner something the Wayne healthcare system is very much lacking.
