I will never eat at Fuji house West Chester again. Food was not good at all. Ordered sushi they messed up what I wanted and did not want to fix it. Horrible customer service will not be back ever.

Always a great meal. We go for the hibachi every time. My kids have to eat here for every birthday. Great place for friends and family to meet and have a family styler dinner around the flat top.

Excellent food and entertaining chefs. You definitely get your money's worth here. Always have leftovers, as they give you a lot of food. Did not die after ingesting which is always a plus. 4/5 would eat here again.

Horrible service I'm not sure if they are under new Management or what. We went for dinner on 8/2/17 for my husbands birthday. We had 9 people in our party and had reservations. It took for ever to get a drink but yet the employee's walked right passed us numerous times. The napkins that our fork was wrapped in smelled like spoiled milk, I ordered the Chicken, Steak and rice, I had hair in my food. The bathrooms WOW! Lets just say my shoes stuck to the floor when trying to walk across the floor. My family truly loved this place and had spent lots of Birthday dinners there, however we will not go back. I would rate them a - 0. Please don't waste your money on this place. I seriously will be calling the health department, I'm not sure how long it has been since their last inspection but it is high time for one.

They are not the same as they were. Their food is brung in from a different and cheaper company. The meat is over salted, the vegetables are bland, the soup no longer has mushrooms and the portions of food are smaller.
They no longer honor their coupons. The $10 dollar coupon clearly states one per table AND one per person. The manager will only accept one coupon per table even if their are strangers at your table.
The manager has become a bitter and greedy woman.
My family and I will no longer go to this restaurant. Total waist of money.

This is by far the best hibachi in the area. I recommend the actual grill. Ordering from the table is slightly less quality. The chef's are amazing and the dinner show is worth the wait. I put this over bennihana.

My daughter and I love going here. Great staff and excellent food every time. Everyone I've taken there to try it for the first time loves it and ends up going back with their friends as well.
